    Mint Mobile totally took me for 3 months of service without anything other than an automated support system which is no help whatsoever. I verified through their website that my iPhone 11 Pro *** was compatible and purchased a 3 month plan. Downloaded the Mint app and attempted to activate my eSimm. Now it indicates my phone is not eligible. Complete scam! Look at their responses to all these horrible reviews, complete AI automation!

    I have made 6 calls to mint mobile to fix the issue with my service and each person gives me the run around or hangs **** I have a new business I am working to build up and when I call my clients, my caller ID reads as a mans name ***********I cant build confidence in my clients when they see another persons name on the caller ID. I believe I have lost many clients because of this discrepancy.Disgruntled doesnt begin to sum up how I feel. A Mint mobile Reps I spoke to did some clean upThen had me change something on my phone in settings with the caller ID then asked me to shut off my phone. Still a problem as of today.This attempt to resolve this issue has been going on for months. I had to come to this platform to get attention. I dont want to have to switch services, I need resolution!I do have my personal phone with a different provider and I do not have this issue.

    WORST SERVICE EVER!The front line folk are usually superficially friendly but untrained and basically reading from corporate prompts. It literally takes a house fire to get to a supervisor. Out of more than 3 dozen calls, i was only actually contacted 3 times... and every supervisor i spoke to LIED repeatedly. I would drive my car through their store window in appreciation of their 'service' if they weren't too criminal of an organization to run an actual location.They deserve NEGATIVE stars but one seems to be the minimum I would LITERALLY bathe in camel vomit before I would EVER use mint mobile

    People barely speak English, paid for service,went to East Coast,I live on **********. Called 4 times, and had to go to supervisor. Reported to my bank, that's fraud.No office, all outsourced telemarketing, and you spell everything they still get it wrong.

    I decided to try Mint mobile and move away from my Spectrum Mobile account to try to save some money. When I purchased the 2 plans one for me the other for my husband it came out to $120 for three months not too shabby. I got an unlimited plan and a 5g plan. When I got the *** cards they wouldn't work in our spectrum phones after a week of talking to customer service it was concluded my phones have not been unlocked. So I requested a refund and received it.When my phone's were unlocked I decided to try again and renewed my plans for a more expensive price, this time my unlimited plan was $****** and my 5g plan was $83.12. ****** in total. Again wasted more time with customer service trying to get the **** to work with the same results again saying my phone's must be locked even though I had confirmation that they were unlocked by my previous provider. So again I asked for a refund on both plans but only got one of the plans refunded my unlimited plan ******. I spent a month talking to customer support with no refund on my ******** plan all they kept telling me is "it's being processed wait **** days". So a full month later I called customer support this time and he said renewals aren't refundable and they can't give me my $83.12 even though I was refunded my unlimited plan of $****** apparently by mistake which NOT ONE of the customer support people I was talking to for a month told me while i was begging for my money back. So I'm out $83 with not one day of service I was robbed.Horrible service

    i agree with complaint from ********************** below. Ordered a cellphone from them at 7:00 AM on 9/5/23. I paid extra for overnite / next day shipping. I never received a shipping or tracking email that morning so i called to check. **************** would not answer phone so i called sales and and told them about it they said dont worry they will send tracker and ship. They did not,and this was repeated thru many calls that day. Finally that night (9/5/23) i asked to speak to a supervisor and i told her to cancel my order and refund my credit card. She said she would. Didn't happen !!!This is what i received on my email next morning.(9/6/23)Your order has shipped issue not resolved as of 9/7/23.BUYER BEWARE

    For 3 weeks i have not had service, first customer service rep i spoke to said there was maintance on the tower and set me up on another tower and still no service. He said that a new tix for further help and someone would call me. I never got a call because they didnt have my contact info that i provided. A week later i called and they did some troubleshooting and then said my sim was damaged they verified email. Name. Phone # . Contact # and address and said i would get a new sim . A week and 5 days later i have recieved nothing. I contact customer service again and one person stops messaging me and the next person says they closed my tix for no address. I paid a 6 month service and only have had service thats working for 1.5 months. I asked for a refund for the remaining months and was told no. I asked for a credit at least for the weeks without service and the question was skipped over. This was the worse service and customer service. Its affordable but they s**** you over. Its ridiculous.
