    Getting in is a pleasant experience. Getting out? Less so. I decided to leave because their service was nowhere near as good as they promised, and they have a 10GB mobile hotspot data limit that isn't mentioned anywhere when signing up. In order to go to a different carrier, I needed my account number and number transfer pin, which you, get this, can't get without talking to a customer service rep. *** all of that is pretty bad, but here's the mind-boggling kicker: once I got that info and signed up elsewhere, I woke up the following morning to find my account deleted, and myself with no phone service. I prepaid for another month from that time, so I completely lost that money. Not only that, but when you try to call customer service (had to borrow a friend's phone) rather than using their in-app chat system, (which I lost access to when my account was deleted) you will not be able to reach a person because you inevitably reach an infinite customer service loop, where they tell you to press number after number, and none of them actually lead you to your problem.

    Switched to Mint Mobile Upon activation of the account they said my phone was not compatible so I bought a new phone that they said was compatible.Worked great. 7 weeks later I have zero connection and they now say my brand new phone is not compatible and all they can say is."Sorry, buy another phone"

    I am in the process of trying to get a new service with ****. I signed up for the three month service and my phones were too old and did not work (they used to work on mint). Worked with customer support for a couple of weeks to see if we could do it. No luck. Signed up for the new phones and year service special, paid the bill, and am now told (after a month or so) that "since i did not transfer a phone number, i cannot get the special". I spoke to a supervisor and the matter is not yet resolved. I will need to return my phones and get a total refund. Since the three month did not work, i do not see the problem.

    I am looking for a reply here. I called mint mobile today about my referral credit which was promised by mint employee to add manually in my son's account as he referred me because they had some technical issue with the link. The credit didn't reflect in his account for 15 days so i called mint today and asked about the credit. The lady wasted my 30 minutes and told me that we can't help so i asked her to give me the account details as we want to move on. She connects me with different department. That lady wasted my another one and half hours by luring me with discounts. First she said she will give me discount and i will have to pay $37 for 6 months for 5 gb. Then she said i will give you mpre discount and you will have to pay $17 now and all this conversation took my one hour. Then when she tried she said sorry its npt working and now i can give you $67 price for 6 months. Now after that long call, I am having a severe headaches that I am on pain medications and getting dizzy in between. Now who is responsible for all this. **** is a liar company. Noone should trust them. They lure customers with their fake promises. Me and my husband are will also leave mint soon. Don't recommend Mint mobile to anyone.

    seems very fishy to me. I signed up for a data plan that was double the highest data I ever used with my past carrier, and then got texts from Mint that I had "used all my data" within 10 days. and was prompted to upgrade my data plan to more expensive ones. Its on the cheap trial so my plan is that if it continues I wont be auto renewing with it. I think their little BS plan is they want eberyone to lock in on the unimited at the higher price which is about the same as many otherd, and then throttle it after they lock you in on a prepayment for a year. Thats my opinion.

    I'm paying for a turtle speed internet.I signed a 12-month contract, they changed their network midway, and the internet now is at 1990s speed. Refuse to refund because 7 days lapsed.

    Sadly I wasnt able to switch with them. I kept receiving a message that there is an error with my carrier but all my information was correct! Poor **** ******** keeps making ads for them and their service is as bad as any other carrier.

    I bought new IPHONE 16 through Mint Mobile along with 12 months of service. I called to verify I could keep my current number and was assured I would be able to, when I got phone and my contract was about to expire I reached out to see how to activate my new 12 month plan and was told that I could not , that I would have to change my number. after calling 5 different times and getting 5 different people trying to help me was told I could get use another phone to use the *** card.. Today i called after getting and email saying I had 3 days to activate the *** card. and was told again I would have to change my number, and that I could not put it on a new phone..All along I asked if I could get a refund for the 12 months that I pre paid. and now its out of refund window!! This company has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ETHIC!! ********************** service itself if fine as long as you don't need to speak to anyone !! and customer service is Not USA all my agents spoke Tagalog and were having trouble with what I was trying to accomplish..

    I purchased a three month unlimited talk text and Data after being told by a number of agents that I would have good signal strength where I live, specially since I get four bars on my straight talk phone. Well after spending a number of hours and days talking with different agents I am stuck with one bar on the phone. I wasted my time and money because your agents lied!!
