1 starTerrible customer service, terrible Internet, service, always excuses With no actual help. Seems like non-English speaking customer service representatives using AI generated language patterns and they check in with you every 10 seconds and if you do not answer as soon as possible, they close the chats. I talked to *********** and ******(supervisor) just now none of them have been helpful and when I ask about complaint forms they said they do not have any complaint forms or do not accept any complaints.Mint Mobile

1 starI am on day 3 OF NO ************* They only PORTED my number. Never activated it. They couldnt. We have talked to 18 different people at mint mobile to have my number released to T-Mobile. Its a simple five minute process to port a number.Every time we talk to someone we get a new excuse I still have no cell service for three days now Every person we talk to Gives us a different excuse and no one can help me so Ive had no cell service for three days and Im a small business owner I dont know how much money my business is lost because of this crappy company Do not use mint mobile for any reason And also your bill will go up to $35-$45 after the first three month trial it doesnt stay at $15 a month Their towers do you run off of T-Mobile but you are the prioritized you are stuck at the bottom because T-Mobile has prioritization But their customer service is awful I was promised I would have my number released two days ago. It still is not. I was promised I would have it released yesterday. It is still not and Im still not able to take or receive business calls.Mint Mobile

1 starStay Away from this company. After 2 hours of speaking to a *** and giving them my credit they charged my card 3x stating there is a fraud hold. I had my cc agent on the line and they continued to say the transaction would not go through. After 1.5 hours I said to them that I cam going to process through ****** and they stayed on the line and said my PP is blocking as it fraud. This raised HUGE redflags for me and I realized this does not feel right so, I called ****** and am now making this ***ort.Mint Mobile

1 starThe service is terrible. It's fine for about a year then absolutely terrible no matter where you are. Trying to troubleshoot is even worse. In the event you can actually get a real person, they tell you there's "an outage in your area" and give you the same spiel of "you have full coverage" even after multiple complaints that it's not, in fact, as great as they think it is. If it wasn't for the horror stories I've read about trying to leave mint mobile, I would be gone.Mint Mobile

1 starI think its a scam! I have been trying to setup for over 8 hours!They don't let me pet up the service on the simcard I ordered with a service plan! They instead force me to set up for a Free trial???? What? I paid! Then they say I have to pay AGAIN & try to GASSLIGHT ME about the fact that im not receiving there verification codes for the maze of support BS I am having to deal with! "You should have" Is all they say iver and iver and on occasion even "you have receive" with broken English. CSR: "Please install update app!"Me: "I have already done that!"CSR: "Please install!"Its just them looping with NONsense over and over again and trying to tell me to buy another plan! .... I have receipts! I have bank records! I have Email confirmations! I DONT NEED TO BUY ANOTHER PLAN!GIVE ME BACK MY $400+!!!So Ill make it simple!(TLDR)(I don't wanna go on and on! There is not enough space here!)Its a scam!You don't get your service!You can't transfer your old number! (They literally will not even let you if you try working with them & provide everything one a silver platter!!!)You cant get your first time account loggin Verification Number, So you can't log in to your new account. (Because they dont send out the Pins at all!)You cant get access your account without them actually activating your Plan! Your plan cant be active without you signing into your account!Customer Support Manipulates, Lies, & Does literally nothing!They will **** light you an claim you never purchased a plan, despite you having ordered it and receiving a f****** SIM card!There is no positive to this service! Its a f****** scam! Charge back them as much as you can because I am owed damages for the massive waste of my time, money, & mental/Emotional stress snd hardship!Mint Mobile

1 starScam Artists. I have an email from November 2023 that if I paid in full for my renewal I would get a month free. Well guess what, I didnt get my month free. They said Id have to pay again, in 2024 to get my free month and that is the only way they can help me. Thats is fraud. Scam Artists.Mint Mobile

1 starif i could leave 0 stars i would. this company is a scam. they are holding my phone number hostage. they will not help me. infinite customer service loop of people who barely speak english. this company needs to be sued by the *** for 100s of millions of dollars. biggest piece of garbage. they refuse to provide me my account number and transfer pin to leave their cell service. however, they will gladly offer to renew it. this company is a scam avoid it at all costs. they are terrible service. cant watch streams or videos on it. can barely even use it. i want out. mint mobile is a scam.Mint Mobile

1 starReally wished I checked BBB before purchasing. I purchased a phone and plan and shortly after the priced dropped. Contacted customer service and they told me wait till you receive the phone and once you do we will refund the old order and then charge you for the new lower price.... Well that was a f****** lie and based on other reviews I'm not the first ****** they played the dirty tactic of lying to the customer.Mint Mobile

1 starI have the same complaint as many others. I signed up for a year prepaid data plan that was double the highest data I ever used during any month in the three-month trial. Every month since they have gotten my money, they have sent texts saying that I had "used all my data" within the first few weeks and was told to upgrade my data plan to a more expensive one.I wish I had seen the reviews stating that they lock you in with a year prepaid and then start **** about your data usage. For what it is worth, I almost always connect to wifi. I had Mint Mobile in the past and it was great. However, their business ethics have changed during the past 6 months. Hopefully you see this before they sucker you in, too.Mint Mobile

1 starMint Mobile customer service is the worst in the industry. I ordered the phone and service plan. they sent an email stating it was being shipped 2 day ***** on 11/21/24. Never arrived. Called Mint Mobile customre service and after being on hold and speaking to 2 people over a period of 16 minutes, finally was told oh sorry, they don't ship to be delivered on a weekend. I asked why was an email sent stating otherwise. Again all they would say is they don't ship 2 day if it falls on a weekend, but it will be there Monday 11/25/24. Still no arrival, after calling customer service again, speaking with 2 people with on-hold time 21 minutes and not being able to find the order even with an order number, they indicated ***** was at fault for not picking up the phone on 11/25/24, actually stated it was not Mint Mobile's fault. ***. I asked that Mint Mobile to pay to have it overnighted. They refused saying ***** will return to pick it up the following day and it will be received from ***** hours. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they actually stated, supervisors are too busy and they have already given me the info and I should be happy they went the extra mile to find the order. I said cancel the order and return my already payment. They said they can't as I signed up for a 12 month introductory offer and they would not refund the order. I don't care how many celebrities they get to advertise their product, I will never deal with them again.Mint Mobile
