    I tried to switch to Mint Mobile this past weekend. I paid the for 3 months of service and within the install process the esim would not install even though the website says it is compatible with my phone. I called customer service and for an hour, we tried to make this work. Finally he says request a refund and order a new esim. He promised it would work. I filled out the form and of course no email confirming this. I trusted him and went through the process again, paid the money again and of course the install did not work. Another hour wasted and a non working phone. They wanted me to try a 3rd esim order. I refused and asked for full refund and the account number but of course I have to call back after a half hour. After another hour waiting on a trying to leave their service, I have been asked the same questions over and over and waiting for a supervisor. I have no idea if I will receive the refunds, my phone is not working and I do not understand how a company operates like this. Hours of time wasted, empty promises and hard earned money spent I have no idea if I will ever get refunded. How is company allowed to operate like this?

    I purchased a three month plan and was told my address and phone was compatible and come to find out they are not compatible due to the tower and having a iPhone 6. If I had know this I obviously would not have purchased, the company refused to refund my money even though I cant use the rest of the months I have paid for. Terrible customer service also.

    I have requested my service to be cancelled and a refund. Every time I call I get told, I am elegible for a refund. They created a ticket and I never get confirmation regarding this matter or answer. The customer service is horrible when you start to complaining about your hard earned money not being refunded, they either disconnect the call, ignore your questions or give you a fake answer to get you off the phone. Unprofessional service and quite frankly one of the worst services I have ever had. Refund me my money.

    I switched carriers because of the need to save on my phone bill and mint offered $15 a line for the family plan for 12 months with quarterly payments. I transferred 3 lines to mint for the mint family plan with the understanding that Id be paying 15 a line and because of the family planning I was able to make said payment in a quarterly time frame. Well Im at my quarterly time/date and Im being told now that my plan has doubled in price and the savings I was getting for the family plan doesnt apply anymore. They are saying Im renewing a new family but the offer is no longer available to me and that a 12 month plan non family plan is what Im having to pay. I called them four times and ever person I spoke with kept referring me back to a 12 month plan for twice the cost. Very deceiving practice when a person believes they are signing up for a family plan for 12 months at a savings only to find out after three months it will double in cost. Ive read through the advertisement and no where can I find where it says the amount will change and double in price or that the initial amount per line will change at all. On another note 3 out of 4 people I spoke to were very hard to understand and I had to keep asking them to repeat what they were saying. I did ask to speak to a supervisor and non of them would transfer me to a supervisor even when I couldnt understand them. One of the reasons I had to call them back 4 times. This is a very deceiving practice to get people to sign and then double their rates after 3 months!

    They dont have easy instructions. Its a scam. The refund Im trying to get is unbelievably horrible. Getting ahold of customer service took hours. For them to tell me Hopefully you are emailed the refund information in 24 hours. You hope?!? Omg

    Have been waiting a refund for 21 days. Called six times to get six different responses from six different customer service reps. I'm still waiting on two supervisors to call me back with no luck. Stay away from this company as it is the biggest scam. I will be calling my credit card company to cancel any and all payments to this company and future.

    Terrible customer service. Ridiculous process for handling refunds where they had to cancel my phone service in order to process the refund. I'm going on 6+ hours trying to get them to reestablish service. Not worth it to switch to use ************* Not even close.

    This is a long story. So I will skip to the important part. Mint lied about refunding me, and even started a refund but never sent an email to me about it to confirm. So I contacted my bank and paypal to dispute the charge and they told me the refund was being initiated. Fast forward to now, seven days later. No refund. I contact my bank and they said the refund was not initiated and ****** said the same thing. They literally started a refund and then stopped it @mint. I dont have access to the phone, i can not use the service and idek what the number is just what email i used. All companies **** but literally what are they pulling with this. I needed that money for bills, not a lost phone.

    First of all i would like to thanks mint mobile for affordable and realable service. I'm really happy of mint because it's affordable and not bad service. I can save 20$ that i could used for my family abroad. Even though it's nice to have unlimited plan but my budget is tight i have college students sister i help and nephew who lost parents going to school and senior citizens parents that weak. :( So mint really help me to save some money and still get service. Even when i travel home to *********** they still had signal that i can load for affordable too. Mint is my first service plan i ever had since I'm here in ***. Thanks mint and more business to come. I try to reefer more people but just no luck . But all is well. When i can afford we Xtra 10$ I'll upgrade my plan to unlimited. :)

    I ordered the 3 month unlimited plan with esim activation from mint mobile and was very happy with my service until I had to factory reset my phone a week after I got service with them. It erased the esim and all data. So I contacted them and told them the situation and they said no problem, it would be resolved within 24 hrs and I would receive a new esim QR code by email. Well, over 24 hrs later and multiple calls later, one of which I was hung up on even though I was polite and patient through out, I finally called and asked for a refund. I had only had their service a week and they had charged me for 3 months. The representative said he couldn't issue a refund without me providing him with 5 outgoing calls from the phone number they gave me because it was the only way he could verify it was me! I calmly explained that it was a new service that I used for business calls and I probably hadn't even made 5 calls on that phone in the week I had service. And since I had done a factory reset I didn't have access to my call logs anyway. He informed me that since I couldn't give him five personal numbers he would not issue a refund even though I had only had service for 1 week and had been charged for 3 months. And there was no explanation as to why they couldn't just re email me my esim! They basically stole 53.70$ of my hard earned money. Or possibly ***** if they were to prorate the weeks use I got from them. Calls were made to them starting on Aug 26th thru evening of the 27th. My ticket reference number was TECOPSJSD-******. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL, ILL MANNERED FRAUDULENT THIEVES! I AM GOING TO START A SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGN AGAINST THEM TELLING THE PUBLIC EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED AND HOW I WAS TREATED. unless, of course, they are willing to issue an apology and suitable recompense for my lost time and trouble and the rudeness of the employee that hung up on me.
