    Placed an order back on 8/23/2023 for a new phone/plan.Phone that was purchased was an older type flip phone for an elderly family member.It was the only simple flip phone that the company offered.Received phone/plan on 8/28 but the phone was huge (much to large for the person it was for.)Decided not even to activate the phone/plan.Put in an RMA request on the mint mobile website on 9/1 to cancel phone/plan.Did not get any email response from company until 9/7 which provided another procedure to go an cancel order.The instructions provided were out of date as the website had obviously been changed since they were created.I was able to figure it out and muddle through filling out/submitting the request.However each time I submitted the request it came back with "RMA Failed".No reason as to why.I have also called multiple times 9/7 and 9/15 to cancel the order.As of today 9/15 I called for the second time and the response was the same.I should receive something within ***** hours to return the product.I thought it was going to be in the mail, but the person today said it should be in an email.I didn't get anything the first time and I'm wondering it I will get anything now.Probably the same out of date procedure that I got before that didn't work.Their login on their website also constantly has issues.I have tried multiple times using multiple pcs/browsers and constantly run into the issue where after clicking Login it brings up an infinite rocket animation and never logs in.I have tried clearing the cache but that doesn't help. Sometimes it actually works but the majority of the time it doesn't.At this point I'm tired of the hassle and just want a refund.

    I signed up for service on 8/9 and was planning on using an esim. Every time I tried to use it it said my phone was locked by my carrier. The carrier kept telling me that my phone was unlocked. I called mint to ask if I could pay extra and get a regular SIM card. I was told that I would have to cancel and reorder and get a regular SIM card. They said that they would refund me. I got an email denying my refund. I called back and was told again that I would be getting a refund. No refund! I called again and was told the same thing. I called again on 9/5 and spoke to ****** and she said she would have them send my refund asap because I have been waiting so long. Ten days later nothing! I told her she could just credit it towards my next bill she said she could not do it that way and not to worry because I would get a refund. Now I get a message from my friend who told me about Mint and he has two credits for $90 EACH for me signing up but I cant even get my $45 refund or credit. If I was not getting my refund I should at least get the $90 for signing myself up! I have never seen such horrible customer service in my life! I gave it two stars because the phone service seems fairly well so far but I have only been using it for ******************************************************************************************************************** with the esim. He seemed to want me to sign up again so he could credit. I just spent over a month trying to get my phone unlocked find my previous carrier calling them daily until I got an agent who knew what to do and I was expecting more from Mint. I was sadly mistaken! I have worked in call centers and this is ridiculous. I know for a fact, all calls are monitored and recorded.

    The chat agents intentionally delay responses because they hate their job. The ***** number is just a voicemail that goes nowhere. Its a completely automated business with no human beings involved, their entire objective is to waste as much of your time as possible.

    If you are going to change to a different provider in the future, do not get mint mobile. They will hold your account information hostage and will do everything they possibly can to not give it to you.

    I have service with Mint Mobile, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I chose this company because they promised a specific amount of data per month in a reasonable price. Unfortunately, they have failed to deliver on their promises, and it's been incredibly frustrating.First and foremost, I've had constant issues with my service and data. I've found myself facing data throttling and limitations regularly. It's incredibly frustrating when you can't use your mobile services as intended due to their lack or signal.To make matters worse, their customer service is the worse. I've paid for data overages that were supposed to be included in my plan. This month I did not receive it whatsoever. This is completely unacceptable.On top of all this, the customer support from ****************** has been utterly unhelpful. I've spent countless hours trying to resolve these issues, only to be met with poor communication and no resolution.All these problems have been a major inconvenience in both my personal and professional life. I chose Mint Mobile based on their marketing, and I expected to receive the services I paid for. Unfortunately, they have failed to meet even the most basic expectations.I strongly advise against choosing Mint Mobile as your mobile service provider. Their inability to honor their service and provide the promised service coverage and data allocation has left me with no choice but to look for better alternatives. It's a frustrating and disappointing experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone.

    Mint Mobile totally took me for 3 months of service without anything other than an automated support system which is no help whatsoever. I verified through their website that my iPhone 11 Pro *** was compatible and purchased a 3 month plan. Downloaded the Mint app and attempted to activate my eSimm. Now it indicates my phone is not eligible. Complete scam! Look at their responses to all these horrible reviews, complete AI automation!

    I have made 6 calls to mint mobile to fix the issue with my service and each person gives me the run around or hangs **** I have a new business I am working to build up and when I call my clients, my caller ID reads as a mans name ***********I cant build confidence in my clients when they see another persons name on the caller ID. I believe I have lost many clients because of this discrepancy.Disgruntled doesnt begin to sum up how I feel. A Mint mobile Reps I spoke to did some clean upThen had me change something on my phone in settings with the caller ID then asked me to shut off my phone. Still a problem as of today.This attempt to resolve this issue has been going on for months. I had to come to this platform to get attention. I dont want to have to switch services, I need resolution!I do have my personal phone with a different provider and I do not have this issue.

    WORST SERVICE EVER!The front line folk are usually superficially friendly but untrained and basically reading from corporate prompts. It literally takes a house fire to get to a supervisor. Out of more than 3 dozen calls, i was only actually contacted 3 times... and every supervisor i spoke to LIED repeatedly. I would drive my car through their store window in appreciation of their 'service' if they weren't too criminal of an organization to run an actual location.They deserve NEGATIVE stars but one seems to be the minimum I would LITERALLY bathe in camel vomit before I would EVER use mint mobile

    People barely speak English, paid for service,went to East Coast,I live on **********. Called 4 times, and had to go to supervisor. Reported to my bank, that's fraud.No office, all outsourced telemarketing, and you spell everything they still get it wrong.
