    My sons phone was destroyed in an auto accident so he has no sim card. He used my phone and called over a week ago to get a replacement and was told it would be here within 5 business days. He had to use my phone again to call today and see where the sim card was. They told him after being transferred 3 different times that the sim card was never ordered. He was told he needed to provide 5 previous phone numbers that he called from his prior phone or they would not help him. He has no phone to be able to look up 5 prior numbers!!!!! He was only able to provide 2 numbers because he knows my number and his fathers number. They told him if couldn't provide 3 more they were not going to help and would be ending the call. They have now locked his account!!! They have ****** of his money and are REFUSING to assist! This company is a JOKE! So much for *************************...

    In a world of bad customer service everywhere you go, you really have to be super bad to move to the top of the list but Mint Mobile wins the prize. ************************* should be mortified to have his name associated with this company of incompetent workers. Every time you are transferred to the **********'s and agents who read off a script and barely speak english.I had 2 lines both shut off with no notice 2 days apart. When the first line was shut off i called, got the phillipines, 3 different agents (they refused a supervisor) till the last of the 3 seemed to fix the issue of the one line getting disassociated from the other. told me they had to refund the charge, reassociate the accounts and re charge me. Yeah the shut off line was back on.I wake up today and the other line is shut off with no notice, saying non-payment. I have spent the last two hours via phone line and ******* trying to get this resolved yet again with no avail.so i have called another carrier to switch to them but cant without the account # and transfer pin from ********************** which i have not been able to get.STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM MINT MOBILE, they make ATT and ******* look good and who would have ever thought that.

    I had quite a discouraging experience with Mint Mobile. The phone service worked at my home, but not at my work or school (15 minute drive from my house). This meant I could no longer continue with the service. I asked for a refund because the service was not capable of meeting my needs. My refund was denied because I was able to use the service at my home. This experience left me feeling badly treated and taken advantage of. I encourage all to look elsewhere for phone service.

    Terrible company to deal with they do not give you what they say theyre going to, and then absolutely refused to help you if you have an issue! They are a waste of money! And service is terrible.

    I made a mistake and bought a Mint Mobile phone and SIM card as a package deal without realizing that I would have to get a new phone number even though I am a current customer with ******************. Found out on September 13th that to keep my current Mint Mobile phone number I had to take the old SIM card of my old Mint Mobile phone. I talked to customer service and they reassured me that I would be getting a refund for the unactivated new SIM card. No need to send it back. I called tonight and they no records of request of a refund of $130 on my account. They said to get a refund I would have cancel my service. I have been happy with them until now. Been a customer since 2021.

    I am trying to move my service to another provider, and Mint Mobile support chat turns off automatically after waiting in queue for 5 minutes. I've tried this chat four times. I also called Mint Mobile support three times asking for the account no. and port-out PIN, and each time they gave me the same account no. and PIN only to have the provider I'm moving to confirm that the account number I was provided was invalid. It's impossible to move my service at this rate.

    My husband and I had been Mint customers for 2 years and one fine day, both of our phones were deactivated. The hacker/s stole our identities and made unlawful bank transactions and purchases. We had so much problems calling Mint subsequently validating we were the actual owners. We requested for investigations and the blame was shifted to us. We stopped using Mint and requested refund for the remaining months not using and were initially denied. Eventually they gave all excuses why the refund could not be done or delay as if we were the ones at fault. It had been half a year and I felt as if I wasted half of my life dealing with all this mess. We felt so regretful for choosing Mint.

    My wife and I bought new unlocked iPhones. Call 1: I called customer service. The person who took my call. Then transferred my data to my wifes phone. This started my mint odyssey. Call 2: Called back when I noticed this. Was cut off. Call 3: was cut off again. Call 4: cut off again. Call 5: spoke to a supervisor who couldnt fix it and told me to call Apple. So the supervisor blew me off. Next night called **************** again. Was connected to a tech who knew her job. She fixed both phones in under a hour and was very patient with me waiting while I gathered what I needed. I didnt prepare well because I didnt think they would fix my problem because everyone i previously spoke to were beyond incompetent. I figured on finding a new carrier. The tech/rep who finally helped actually knew her job well. Her name is ******. If you need customer service from mint, request her if possible. We had the same problems when we bought new phones two years age but the fix was taken care of in a couple days after finding someone who knew their job. Point of my story: mint customer service is a c*** shoot. We are happy with the service once its configured correctly but if you need customer service, good luck. Youll need it.

    Mint Mobile has charged me $118.00 too much and refuses to pay it back or put toward a future bill. My daughter and I have been on the Family plan since March. I am supposed to pay 75 dollars every 3 months, It comes to $82.24 after tax. A total of $328.96 per year. I have been charged $412.83 for 6 months. I have been charged 5 times since March. They have caused a negative balance in my bank account multiple times because I wasn't expecting to have to pay that month. They have also caused emotional distress". I have spoken to multiple people in customer service. When I asked to speak with an advisor, I was told "NO." A lady even hung up on me. They refuse to admit that they are charging me for 2 lines. Nowhere on their website or policies does it say "Per Line".

    On the third day of trying to activate my Mint Mobile account and transfer my number from ******** ******* has been more than helpful during this process. Mint has not. Their customer support is a call center, the customer support agents there can try and enter the same information into the same website and get the same error as you, but that is as much help as they can be. Tried using the chat help but every time I got connected to a real person they would close the chat window before I could reply. Very unsatisfied with customer support. Every effort I have made has resulted in no help for my problem. I needed this phone to work this week and it not working has likely cost me upwards of $1000. If i could give them zero stars i would. I'll never go see another ************************* movie again.
