    I bought a *** card with an activate by date of 05/13/2025 but because I didnt activate it within ************************************************************************* refund. What a joke if you want people to activate in 45 days you need to put that date on the *** card.

    Im a new customer to ********************** and I love their prices however, billing and customer service not so much. During my trial period I received and email from Mint that said they could save me money as I wasnt using much of the program I signed up for. So I thought thats great! When they signed me up they charged me the more expensive program not the revised one they emailed me about. Just a mistake. So I call customer service and they arranged a refund and said it could take **** days to refund my money then they would charge me the correct amount. As I checked my credit card to see if the credit had come thru I noticed they charged the lower rate as well as the higher priced program. Thats around $500.00. Then a couple of days later the credited the lower rate and kept the high price still on my statement. Still not credit on the higher priced program. Time ticked away and after 10 days I call customer service and they said give it more time so I did. Days went by still no credit I called again. I asked to talk to a supervisor and she said she would call me back after investigation. She didnt call but I got a text that saying from customer resolution support please be aware that your refund request has been approved. .. So they again started a new refund. More waiting. Then when my dog was very Ill I attempted to call the vet and mint mobile sent my call instead to mint mobile customer service. As it turned out if you are behind on your payment youre unable to make calls. Thats fine if I had not made attempts to pay my bill but non of this was my doing and I felt I was *********** use my phone since they were the ones messing up. I had to drive to my vet and make an appt. long story short on my dog was very ill and I had to put her down. I called mint mobile and said pretty much what Ive written here and they reinstated my service. Still no refund as of this writing.

    Tried to switch from mint mobile to ******* wireless. Mint mobile would not release my phone number so I could use it at *******. I spent over 3 hours on 3 different occasions talking with multiple people at mint mobile. Even my ******* representative was on the phone with me trying to help me out for them to release my number to transfer it to *******. Mint mobile would not give me the account transfer number or the transfer pin.

    There system is full of bugs, i have opted for yearly plan on july 7th and paid ****** dollar , after 3 months of service suddenly my service got suspended today and when I called the customer service multiple times they are keep saying same-thing that there is a chargeback in my account and that is the reason my service got suspended but when I asked with my bank they confirmed that the amount i paid back in July has processed and never reverted back . The ******************* explaining to mint customer service they still fail to understand and keep saying that they have never charged me ****** amount even though they have provided me three months of service and suddenly the amount i paid got disappeared form mint and my service got suspended . Unfortunately after spending whole day with customer care i had to pay again in order to activate my service again and had to create dispute with my bank. Still not sure if i am going to receive my money back and somehow if i get my money back i am afraid that the mint mobile going to suspend my service again.

    The ABSOLUTE WORST phone company. Ever.Tried to cancel the service on line and after 11 hours, called the bank and claimed a fraud charge so we wouldn't have to pay them.I can't say without cursing, what a horrible experience it was.

    Bait and switch?I left ******* and signed up with Mint for this deal: $15 per month for unlimited data. I was skeptical as this is such a great price and the salesperson, who sounded like he was on a beach in ***********, said "no worries, you're getting a family plan promotion that will get you unlimited for $15 per month even after the 90 days.I'm now on the phone with someone that's saying that's not possible and they will give the salesperson extra training. The new price is $30/month for unlimited for a family plan of 3 or more lines. Also they put my young sons on their own plans which means it's even higher.Isn't this a bait and switch?

    Bought a phone for my mother which has since quit working. She no longer wants the phone. Unfortunately, I purchased a 12 month plan of which she only used 3 months. Mint Mobile refuses to give any rebate on the plan since they are a prepaid company. Their prices are good and I had thought about transferring my ******* plan to them, but this gave me serious doubt as to their integrity ... *******, I will not.

    I dont know how Mint Mobile has such terrible service if its using T-Mobile towers. My roommate has T-Mobile without issue. However, both Mint Mobile phones I have get extremely poor service in *******************. Im in the city! Why is the service nonexistent?!? Its very bad.

    I'm getting great service from a company that has great customer care folks who actually speak English for a change. I'm proud to say I'm with Mint Mobile and not Net 10 Wireless,who by the way has crappt customer care,but great service. I want both and got it from Mint Mobile. God Bless Mint Mobile and hope they put many out of business

    Been a customer with ****************** for 8 months now. I ordered a phone and SIM card through them, but while on the same call I ordered it on, cancelled the order and confirmed it with the representative I was on the line with. Come present day, Ive been charged over $680 to my bank account through monthly payments for a device and card that I never received. Despite having physical proof of the device and card being returned through ***** back to Mint Mobile, they still refuse to issue a refund, having me jump back and forth from random Affirm and Mint Mobile representatives. Ive been attempting to get a refund from them for months on end, having gotten different excuses as to why I havent gotten any money back or any confirmation from them stating a refund would be issued. As of 10/09/2023 I attempted to contact them 5 times, 3 of which I was hung up on. Highly recommend not purchasing ANYTHING from Mint Mobile aside from their service. If there are any problems you will receive nothing in return.
