1 starI switched to mint mobile from consumer cellular. I signed my whole family when I switched and was surprised to find that only my phone was manageable through my account. When I tried to add the other lines to my account ****************** insisted that I give them a credit card and authorized them to charge my card automatically whenever they wanted to, showing they are interested in getting money from their customers by using marketing gimmicks rather than through an excellent product. Shame on Mint Mobile and shame on *************************. Don't sign up for mint mobile!Mint Mobile

1 starMint mobile is a whole scam! Since i first got it, Set up took me 4 longgg hrs which was supposed to take a few mins. They did a switch and bate. First they was supposed to transfer our 3 numbers to them 2 went through, but my son's did not. Because of them he lost his phone number that he had for yrs. After we signed up the first month, They changed the price on me. So i had to end up going to the 12 month plan. I was on a family plan, I told them not to save my credit card info because i didn't trust them. So they removed it. The service is soo bad, I lose connection whenever i am out. And the data goes super fast. and 95% of the time i am using WIFI either at home or work. So when it was time to pay my first 3 month plan on the upgraded .I could not pay it on the App i had to save it. So i called then to put it in that way! I told the guy i did not want my card saved, He told me after the payment goes through go to the App and remove it. So i did , Woww to my surprise i could not and the payment was more then it said i had to pay. I asked the guy is this what my card will be charged??? He said yes. Well after i paid i get a notice of 3 charges to my card all more then what i was supposed to pay. I call back, they said in order for them to remove my card from the data base i have to remove the family plan!! And it will cost me ***** each phone. And that they have to charge my card 3 separate ******** each time. this company are a bunch of LIARS!! They tell me after all this that it's on their website in the fine print?? WTH??? And you could not have told me all of this before i signed up!! Scammers, Liars, Bate and switch. As soon as i find another reputable HONEST company I'm out of there and i will never look back. I hate this company with a Passion . Please BEWARE of Mint Mobile. Total Dishonesty.Mint Mobile

1 starThe most hortible connectivity, which is the final purpose of buying a plan. Lost a lot of business for having it till i switched to cricket again which is not top notch of ATT but better than 3rd rate services. They musnt lie on the quality and delivery!Mint Mobile

1 starHorrible. Would not recommend!!! Every 3-4 months my phone would not work for 2 weeks b/c it would say I had not paid my bill however I had prepaid for the entire year. Customer service was useless. Mint is the worstMint Mobile

1 starIt's been 2weeks since I bought a new phone from Mint, it still doesn't work. I call every single day to get the runaround, if you can understand the person you get. They keep asking the same questions over and over, they don't listen !!!! They will not contact you to a Supervisor or Technical support, just keep going on with the script and question program they are given. The worst customer service I have ever experienced !!!!!Mint Mobile

1 starMy phone worked for 1 day and then broke. The tech support was unable to fix my problem and unwilling to transfer me to a supervisor.I paid for 3 months of Mint Mobile service for our 2 phones. My phone and my wife's phone.They sent me a physical sim for my phone which was easy to install and worked perfectly.For my wife's Iphone, we had to use the **Sim. They left the ACT code out of the **Sim email so I had to call them to get it.They agreed to send me a ** code that they said would work, although they said they needed my credit card first, which was strange since I had already paid them.As soon as I used the ** code, my phone with the physical sim stopped working. They gave me the wrong ** code. When I called tech support, they gave me a long of wrong information. They contradicted themselves several times and tried to get me to call my old carrier. Throughout this time, I kept asking for a supervisor so I could explain the problem. Finally, they started to understand the problem and agreed I did not need to call my old carrier, this was a Mint Mobile problem. They now said they had to delete both numbers (so we would have no phones) and wait for physical sim cards to arrive. I again asked to speak to a supervisor, so they put me on hold forever and never answered. I know it sounds like I called some scam center, but that's not the case because they knew my Mint Mobile account information before I even gave it to them. Including the credit card information, which I only entered in the Mint Mobile app.Mint Mobile

1 starDisappointing Customer Experience with ****************** Rating: 1/5 stars I recently had a frustrating experience with Mint Mobile that has left me dissatisfied with their customer service and refund policies. As a customer who pre-pays for three months at a time, I expected a reasonable level of flexibility, especially when it came to canceling one line due to a move.My dissatisfaction began when I called Mint Mobile to cancel one line because I was moving and had found a tempting offer from Spectrum, which included one year of free cell service with the purchase of internet. I requested a refund for the unused portion of the prepaid three-month plan, as I still had 75 days left on it.To my disappointment, Mint Mobile flat-out refused to provide any refund, despite my belief that a prorated refund for the remaining time would be a fair and simple solution. I explained my situation, expressing my willingness to continue business with them on at least one line if they could accommodate this straightforward request. However, their inflexible and seemingly nonsensical refund policy led me to cancel both lines.The lack of understanding and unwillingness to work with customers on reasonable requests is a major drawback for Mint Mobile. A more customer-centric approach, such as providing prorated refunds for unused services, could have retained my business and left me with a more positive impression of the company.In conclusion, while Mint Mobile may offer competitive pricing and plans, their rigid refund policy and lack of flexibility in accommodating customer needs make it challenging to recommend them. 1 starPorting OUT from Mint Mobile is a NIGHTMARE. Agents from Mint Mobile *************** insist that they DO NOT have any access to pending port-in requests from other carriers. **** is trying to port in my current number and **** never receives any response from MINT. This is ongoing for 8+ days now... MINT port **** just simply repeats to us the acct number and transfer PIN, and insists there is nothing more they can do to help resolve this issue (my number being stuck in their system, and not being confirmed for port-out back to my carrier). Even after 4-way conference calls w/ ATT, MINT, T-Mobile, and me, MINT is not able to resolve this issue. Utterly frustrating for the customer - being stuck without a fully functional phone number (no incoming calls and no short-code texts) for over a week!! MINT MOBILE has proven to be a nightmare experience on another level. They suspended my active number "by mistake" without notification, and they make it IMPOSSIBLE to transfer my phone number out of MINT system. And ALL their agents tell me they cannot resolve the issue - just transfer and escalate in a vicious circle. And NO RESOLUTION to date.Mint Mobile

1 starMint mobile was a wonderful service prior to Mr. ************************* selling the company to T mobile. Since then the service significantly went down hill. Areas before that I had full service consistently in like my house or at work I barely had service after the sale of the company in the same exact areas! I had already prepaid for the year on a plan for unlimited talk text and data at $15 a month and was locked in. The end of my prepaid period came and I selected the 3 month unlimited talk text and data plan despite have dropped calls and overall bad service it was still unlimited and super cheap. To my surprise I got a text from mint mobile stating that Id used 80% of my data for the month already within the first week of the month! Clearly Id been duped and I wasnt receiving unlimited text talk and data after all. Not only that they wouldnt refund me once Id expressed my concerns so as a result Ive switched to visible by ******* and so far so good! There really should b a class action lawsuit against mint mobile for deception of the highest order. Despicable really. I cant help but wonder if this is all a part of a much larger plan for t mobile to rid themselves of the parasitic prodigy of a phone carrier that mint mobile was on them. Step 1 buy the company. 1 starI live in *******, but got a ********* number. Right there on the phone I disputed it and they refused to change it. I got to a manager, they told me that for my area this is the number that they can give me. I asked for a refund and I was assured that I will get it. I did not! $108 down the drain. Thank God, I paid with PayPal, And PayPal refunded the money immediately. I believe this company, Is a company of crooks. Be careful.Mint Mobile
