    I'm not giving them no stars but they making me give them 1becuz I been waiting since Dec 7 & I paid them $107 4my service with the taxes they tricked me they said it was a free7days I paid4 a month of service & if I didn't like it I was free2 take my# & go 2another company but they lied! forcing me 2buy a 2month plan in order 2get my account# &pin# *** phone# that I've had4 ***** after I paid for 3month plan they have been refusing to activate my phone number that I brought from mint mobile company on a plant that I've already paid for. I have a cancer patient I need my phone to active access my doctor. Every time I call, I keep telling them I'm a mailman. They keep calling me a man I have repeatedly asked him not to call me a man because I am a woman. They hang up the phone in my face then when I called back to give me the runaround to the office closes, then they say that somebody is going to call me back from the back office when I ask to speak to management they hang up with me every time or give me some excuse. I'm sick of it because they r advertising great service it *****. I'm very ill and I need my phone to work for my doctor to review so I can get treatment I'm not able to reach my doctors I have no phone service is not there. Y should I have to be calling or text apps and all the rest of what I paid over $100 I am ill I need my phone working it doesn't make any sense I pay for full service and they can't go in there as supervisor & activate my service and every-time I call I get the runaround that I talk about they got a refund my money gonna take seven days my phone might be off. I don't need my phone off . You guys actor vouching ************** say how great it is but it *****. Nobody can speak English or understand English and quite frankly it shouldn't take a month for you to turn my phone service on for service that I had all with another company for free or give me my account number and pin and let me go. I'm sick of mint the company ***** ??

    I referred my wife to Mint Mobile providing a Mint Mobile link in my account. The link was emailed to her and she signed up 12/8/23 using the link in the email for a new account. The referral was not showing ** in my account and hers. I called Mint Mobile customer service multiple times and they told me my wife used the wrong referral link. I have the email I sent with the referral link. I provided the order number, the day she signed up. **************** would not make good on the referral credits for me and my wife. I cannot recommend Mint Mobile and will never make another referral. Very poor business Model.I was with ***** before switching to Mint and their customer service was excellent.

    Mint mobile Lost my number when I ported it to ****** FI. Very poor advance resolution when somehing goes wrong. I repeatedly had customer service agents end chats with me. Calling a representative came with massive back ground noise and them stateing to communicate through chat. ****** Fi User Connectivity T2 specialist stated they ported the number somewere else. Mint mobile claims they sent it after a glitch on their end.

    ****************** have had good service with mint mobile my issue is everytime I try to log on to my account it stats to verify my id with a text they say they sent yet in the whole year I have never received a text, which means I can not access my account. I phone and the worst customer service ever!! They always say it me and my phone yet I get text literally from everyone else, they never try to correct the problem. Let me log into my account please with out the extra process of a security code that is what my password is for. I will never recommend this company to any one. Shame on you. . Fyi Mint don't leave me a generic message take care of the problem.

    The worst customer service I've ever experienced. We've been told the same script by ten different customer service agents promising to fix our problem. "Your issue has been escalated to the back office and your problem will soon be within 48 hours." It's been a month and they still have not processed my refund. I have filed a complaint with the *** and will be contacting Channel ***********************************************

    ************* worked okay until I signed a year contract and paid up front for a Year's worth of service. Once I paid for a Year's worth of service my mobile internet connection completely went to c*** Every time I would call mint mobile would tell me I needed a new **** card and they would mail me one out. Nine times of calling 0 **** cards showed up at the house. Once mint mobile has your money no one cares and you mean nothing. For the worst phone service in **************************** sign up for mint mobile for unlimited excuses and problems with zero results or ******************* my money and enjoying the warmth from it burning would have been more useful than giving it to mint mobile.

    I have a horrible time with Mint Mobile. I lost my phone and needed to get a new SIM card. I called customer service and paid $9.99 for a new SIM card. It never came. I reached out to customer service, explained the issue, and they asked me to pay $9.99 for a new card. I refused. They stated they would send me to the back office for help. This was on Saturday. On Monday I called back, again trying to get a new SIM card. I also asked to be refunded a month's service. Nothing happened. Out of desperation I stated that I would pay for a new SIM card. They stated they needed five local numbers that I'd called in the past 90 days. I hadn't had a phone for 2 months by then. The numbers didn't go through, I was told to reach out again in four hours. I did so, again I was unable to get a new SIM card. I was told , again, that my complaint was being sent to the back office and that I would get a reply soon. I never did. I cannot be without a phone, I've been forced to switch top ******** I'm being forced to get a new number because I never hear back from Mint. Don't use them.

    The worst customer service I've ever experienced. We've been told the same script by ten different customer service agents promising to fix our problem. "Your issue has been escalated to the back office and your problem will soon be resolved." So far, they told us we will receive an email in 2-4 hrs. We did not receive an email. We were told someone will call us in 2-4 hrs with a fix our to problem. No one called us. This same scenario has happened at least ten times in the last six days. All make promises, and, nothing happens. The agents in Asia are all nice people who seem like they are trying to fix the problem. However, the problem is never fixed and there is no one else call. There is not option for a refund. We were scammed.

    This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with..My husband and I purchased 2 phone's with SIM cards and 6 months phone plan from mint mobile on 12/6/23 We received our phones on 12/9/23 We charged the phones over night and then on 12/10/23 my husband activated one of the phones for himself , it works perfectly. Then hewent to activated the second phone for me...The phone is locked and comes up with ( this phone is locked and can not be used with thus SIM card) We called mint mobile they walked us through steps to try . Reset the phone . Take the sim card out ect, ect.We were told to turn off the phone for 24 hours then turn it on..24 hour same thing .so we call again We start getting hung up on We call and call day after day for hours on the phone getting the run around..Then 8 days in they agree to send a second sim card ..It takes 3 days to get to me..I try it .....Same thing .Phone locked..On 12/19/23 I'm told they will refund my money.. I'll get an email telling me the steps to go through to send back the phone and get a refund..NO EMAIL 12/20/23 I'm told my refund is denied because its been over 7 days since I got the phone... I'm 12 days into having no phone and they're refusing to replace the locked new phone I purchased from them or to return my money .

    Mint Mobile actually contacted me after my two star review and corrected the issues I was having and listened to what I had to say. It was great, I just wish that their customer service team that answered the phone had the same attitude.
