1 starI am looking for a reply here. I called mint mobile today about my referral credit which was promised by mint employee to add manually in my son's account as he referred me because they had some technical issue with the link. The credit didn't reflect in his account for 15 days so i called mint today and asked about the credit. The lady wasted my 30 minutes and told me that we can't help so i asked her to give me the account details as we want to move on. She connects me with different department. That lady wasted my another one and half hours by luring me with discounts. First she said she will give me discount and i will have to pay $37 for 6 months for 5 gb. Then she said i will give you mpre discount and you will have to pay $17 now and all this conversation took my one hour. Then when she tried she said sorry its npt working and now i can give you $67 price for 6 months. Now after that long call, I am having a severe headaches that I am on pain medications and getting dizzy in between. Now who is responsible for all this. **** is a liar company. Noone should trust them. They lure customers with their fake promises. Me and my husband are will also leave mint soon. Don't recommend Mint mobile to anyone.Mint Mobile

1 starseems very fishy to me. I signed up for a data plan that was double the highest data I ever used with my past carrier, and then got texts from Mint that I had "used all my data" within 10 days. and was prompted to upgrade my data plan to more expensive ones. Its on the cheap trial so my plan is that if it continues I wont be auto renewing with it. I think their little BS plan is they want eberyone to lock in on the unimited at the higher price which is about the same as many otherd, and then throttle it after they lock you in on a prepayment for a year. Thats my opinion.Mint Mobile

1 starI bought new IPHONE 16 through Mint Mobile along with 12 months of service. I called to verify I could keep my current number and was assured I would be able to, when I got phone and my contract was about to expire I reached out to see how to activate my new 12 month plan and was told that I could not , that I would have to change my number. after calling 5 different times and getting 5 different people trying to help me was told I could get use another phone to use the *** card.. Today i called after getting and email saying I had 3 days to activate the *** card. and was told again I would have to change my number, and that I could not put it on a new phone..All along I asked if I could get a refund for the 12 months that I pre paid. and now its out of refund window!! This company has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ETHIC!! ********************** service itself if fine as long as you don't need to speak to anyone !! and customer service is Not USA all my agents spoke Tagalog and were having trouble with what I was trying to accomplish..Mint Mobile

1 starI purchased a three month unlimited talk text and Data after being told by a number of agents that I would have good signal strength where I live, specially since I get four bars on my straight talk phone. Well after spending a number of hours and days talking with different agents I am stuck with one bar on the phone. I wasted my time and money because your agents lied!!Mint Mobile

1 starThe poorest customer service ever! I have 5 gigs of data and never in a year have I used it. I use my home Wi-Fi never mobile data. This month they texted me saying I went over and now I have nine days to wait till it can refresh. I called and they told me they were going to refresh it for me after I hung up and they lied it never got refreshed so I called back and then they told me they could not refresh it .They completely lied to me. a bunch of lying people at mint. I'm trying to get the corporate telephone number which is almost impossible to ask them what's going on I think they got sold, anyway I'm so dissatisfied I'm going to change companies I think.Mint Mobile

1 starI lost my fon so I'm trying to get a replacement physical sim card. I don't have access to my email which wants to verify by texting my lost phone. **************** ************** wants to change my email but I need to be verified first. They used the same verification twice and I failed twice ... because they're the same questions! They won't accept a state ID, or SSN, or credit card number I have on file. I have other means of verifying my identity and THEY WON'T ACCEPT IT. I literally was just on the phone with Xfinity and in order to help me, all they asked was for the last 4 digits of my credit card on file. Why is it so hard for Mint Mobile? I already paid for the next year. They are stealing my money without providing services.I see these Mint Mobile responses that they will "reach out privately". How? I don't have a phone and I can't access my email! Lol. Cut and paste responses to reviews just to look like they are helping when they really are not.Mint Mobile

1 starI began the return process for an unused, not activated data plan within the return policy. The customer support specialists said that the return was underway, and I never received a return verification.This has been a two-month communication because the initial support specialists did not actually give me the refund that they said that they would.I received messaging from Mint Mobile that they could not accept the return despite me initiating the return for a $50 3-month data plan within the return period. The last phone call I had with their customer service, they said that they would be able to initiate a return by activating the data plan and to expect an email. Each time I initiated a conversation with them, they said to wait 7-14 business days for an email that would show that they processed the return request.Each time I asked for a confirmation number or email confirmation of our conversation or the case number, they said they could not provide it. Finally, because I had evidence of our conversations within the return period and past the return period with no return actually provided, I attempted to have the return processed by ******, which was the payment method. ****** refused the claim and I was forced to never receive a refund for an itemized plan that I tried to return within the stated return policy timeframe.Mint Mobile
