1 starWorst customer service its almost a month Ive been trying to resolve a problem and they keep creating a tickets most times they never call back and when they do I cant understand the voice mail, I had to get a new phone and a new carrier because I am unable to cancel my plan because someone on their end messed up my email address. In order to cancel I need account # and pin which they have to provide via email hence the problem they refuse to fix my email address on their end. I am beyond frustrated with this serviceMint Mobile

1 starBought something from the end of year sale, a ****** Pixel 9 with 1 year of service for a total of 600 something dollars. Two days later I get an email that my money has been refunded. I talk to customer service. They say the phone ran out of stock and the website hasnt been updated. They help me settle on a ****** pixel 8a with the same 1 year service plan. Won't let me buy it, I assume the same problem.I finally stray from the 1 year plan sale and just order a pixel 8 with 3 months of service. I paid for overnight shipping and got the package 5 days later. I contact my old carrier for the transfer number so I can get set up with Mint. My old carrier is now under thr impression I have cancelled service so now my old phone is barely functional. I download the mint app and do what the instructions say to do so I can set up this physical sim card. App doesn't work. I contact customer service. They say huh, looks like the site is down, try us again in a few hours. I do so. I then get told it's a faulty sim card they sent me, expired. Said to wait again to see if the site would work later. I wait two days.I contact them again. They ended up filing a ticket on my behalf and said they would contact me by phone call, which I had to use my friends phone for, or email. I received neither. They said wait for said method of contact for 4-24hours. I waited almost 48 hours and contact customer service again. This time I say, if this can't be resolved today, I would like a refund for the sim card / service plan. The representative does some digging. Says neither sim card will work, its Mint's fault, and a refund is possible. But only if I also return the phone. They can't just refund me the plan, apparently. So, it was either eat the $45 for the plan or pay MORE money for them to send me another physical sim or set me up with an eSIM. Ive never heard of having to pay more money for a company's mistake???My partner plans to call their line later just in case. 100% ****Mint Mobile

1 starI got the service but with their instructions I received I ended up breaking my phone and had to buy another phone I asked bfor my money back I got hung up on three times and told several times it was credited back to my account have never received it Several other people I know are having trouble I am telling everyone I know or even talk to NOT to trust the service I have been lied to I realize that the fifty sum dollars isn't that much to som but on my fixed income it means a lot .not to mention the money I had to put out for a new phoneMint Mobile

1 starTerrible customer service, terrible Internet, service, always excuses With no actual help. Seems like non-English speaking customer service representatives using AI generated language patterns and they check in with you every 10 seconds and if you do not answer as soon as possible, they close the chats. I talked to *********** and ******(supervisor) just now none of them have been helpful and when I ask about complaint forms they said they do not have any complaint forms or do not accept any complaints.Mint Mobile

1 starI am on day 3 OF NO ************* They only PORTED my number. Never activated it. They couldnt. We have talked to 18 different people at mint mobile to have my number released to T-Mobile. Its a simple five minute process to port a number.Every time we talk to someone we get a new excuse I still have no cell service for three days now Every person we talk to Gives us a different excuse and no one can help me so Ive had no cell service for three days and Im a small business owner I dont know how much money my business is lost because of this crappy company Do not use mint mobile for any reason And also your bill will go up to $35-$45 after the first three month trial it doesnt stay at $15 a month Their towers do you run off of T-Mobile but you are the prioritized you are stuck at the bottom because T-Mobile has prioritization But their customer service is awful I was promised I would have my number released two days ago. It still is not. I was promised I would have it released yesterday. It is still not and Im still not able to take or receive business calls.Mint Mobile

1 starStay Away from this company. After 2 hours of speaking to a *** and giving them my credit they charged my card 3x stating there is a fraud hold. I had my cc agent on the line and they continued to say the transaction would not go through. After 1.5 hours I said to them that I cam going to process through ****** and they stayed on the line and said my PP is blocking as it fraud. This raised HUGE redflags for me and I realized this does not feel right so, I called ****** and am now making this ***ort.Mint Mobile

1 starThe service is terrible. It's fine for about a year then absolutely terrible no matter where you are. Trying to troubleshoot is even worse. In the event you can actually get a real person, they tell you there's "an outage in your area" and give you the same spiel of "you have full coverage" even after multiple complaints that it's not, in fact, as great as they think it is. If it wasn't for the horror stories I've read about trying to leave mint mobile, I would be gone.Mint Mobile

1 starI think its a scam! I have been trying to setup for over 8 hours!They don't let me pet up the service on the simcard I ordered with a service plan! They instead force me to set up for a Free trial???? What? I paid! Then they say I have to pay AGAIN & try to GASSLIGHT ME about the fact that im not receiving there verification codes for the maze of support BS I am having to deal with! "You should have" Is all they say iver and iver and on occasion even "you have receive" with broken English. CSR: "Please install update app!"Me: "I have already done that!"CSR: "Please install!"Its just them looping with NONsense over and over again and trying to tell me to buy another plan! .... I have receipts! I have bank records! I have Email confirmations! I DONT NEED TO BUY ANOTHER PLAN!GIVE ME BACK MY $400+!!!So Ill make it simple!(TLDR)(I don't wanna go on and on! There is not enough space here!)Its a scam!You don't get your service!You can't transfer your old number! (They literally will not even let you if you try working with them & provide everything one a silver platter!!!)You cant get your first time account loggin Verification Number, So you can't log in to your new account. (Because they dont send out the Pins at all!)You cant get access your account without them actually activating your Plan! Your plan cant be active without you signing into your account!Customer Support Manipulates, Lies, & Does literally nothing!They will **** light you an claim you never purchased a plan, despite you having ordered it and receiving a f****** SIM card!There is no positive to this service!
