    Tried on several occasions to get mint mobile Summer deal and each time I tried to purchase it failed. Even with a mint employee on the phone. I contacted my bank and my card was fine and able to use it else where. I called into today and the sale is over and they will not work with me to get the deal I was trying to get so save some money.

    ************* is great in my area. We are even able to leave out of state and it still worked. However, the customer service is terrible. Another company that sent jobs to call centers overseas where the workers barely speak English and there is no accountability PERIOD! If you get told wrong information from their agents, oh well, that's not the next persons problem. Only a half a** sorry they told you wrong. I have had the security of my account and payment methods compromised due to their agents fault. When I asked for a manager she said that what he did was allowed in the system and he did nothing wrong. All of this for a password reset so i can access my account.

    Mint mobile sales team suggests that the yearly, one time charge, provides a better monthly discount, and not to worry because you can cancel anytime. What they don't tell you is that, if you cancel, you won't get any of your money back on the prepaid 12 month plan. Very deceptive. They should clearly mention that instead of burying it.

    I have had an excellent experience with Mint Mobile. The transition was seamless, coverage has been great, and customer service has been very easy. All that, plus the cost is unbeatable. I have no complaints whatsoever.

    You get what you pay for. My texts and pictures seldom went through even though they registered as delivered. No telling how much business I lost. When i canceled the terrible service I lost 9 months of money

    I used Mint in the past & loved it. However, i just bought a new phone & plan with them & paid extra for overnight shipping. It has been 8 ******** still have not received so much as an email from them about my order, which is still not even fulfilled, let alone shipped. When I called them, apparently they cananot even FIND my order. I will be pursuing a refund. I will never use Mint Mobile again.

    **** has been easily the worst customer service experience Ive ever had. I wanted to write in to their chat to get info about their international passes. The chat bot informed me it did not have the answer to my question and asked if I wanted to be transferred to a *****, a yes or no question. When I said yes it told me it didn't understand and started the ************************************************************************************************************************************** it didn't. The first ***** I got to disconnected on me for "inactivity" literally 2 minutes after starting the chat as I was actively typing my question. The second ***** I got couldn't even get my question because the app logged me out and locked my account suddenly. Each time I had to wrestle with the pushy robot to get a ***** again. I posted on the mint reddit to share feed back and grievances and my post was removed by a mod and I got muted from the subreddit. I tried to chat in one more time to cancel my service and transfer my number out and the app locked me out YET again so I called the phone line and fought with the person who tried to convince me to stay for yet another 20 minutes as I told them over and over I'm leaving. Mint as a product was fine, mint's customer service was ABYSMAL, and Ive worked in customer service my whole life.

    there is a reason they have 1.1 stars on a system that forces a minimum of 1 star... they do not care about their customers.i have had nothing but problems with mint mobile. they have no customer service to speak of and they do not hold up their end of the contract. i pay in full, yet they don't care. why do we americans allow these dishonest companies to keep s******* us?

    Before I cancelled my ************ and switched to Mint Mobile, I went to their website, entered my address and phone info, and it said that there is excellent service in my area. After I activated Mint Mobile service, I have zero to only 1 tiny bar of reception. Mint Mobile has horrible customer service! First, I used the chat box about the problem. The *** said she switched me to another cell tower and to restart my phone. That did not work and I still had zero to 1 tiny bar. I called customer support the next day, the *** tried a few things that didn't work, so I asked for a supervisor. The supervisor said there was "a local issue" with my service and said I should ask for a refund. I asked him why the website said there was excellent service in my area and why he's telling me there is not, and if I cancelled and went to T-Mobile (since Mint uses their towers) would I only get zero to 1 tiny bar with them. He hung up on me!. I called back and asked to be transferred to a supervisor and got another guy. I explained the whole situation again and that I also wanted to complain about previous supervisor hanging up on me. This one told me that they have done everything they could for me.He said that all towers in my area are affected therefore he couldn't try to switch me to another tower. I told him I would verify his info with T-Mobile. He ended up hanging up on me also!!! Mint Mobile's customer service and coverage is horrible!!! Do not switch to them!!!
