On 08/03/25, at 08:24 PM, I purchased a 10-Day Roaming Pass. I contacted Tech Support multiple times and they were unable to determine why the pass wasn't working. I followed all the steps and the service never worked.I contacted them after returning to the ** to request a refund for services not rendered as promised and they refused a refund, on the grounds that the pass expired.I explained to them the situation and the fact that I paid $20 for something that didn't work and that I needed compensation and they insisted they could not help me.Business Response

I called to transfer my phone number on 08/18/2025, and the agent told me I would receive a refund for the $180 in credits on my account for next years unused service. However, I later received an email stating that the refund was denied. I called twice more, and both agents confirmed that the $180 on my account would be refunded.Business Response

I am very frustrated with Mints customer service. All of a sudden, 11 months into a 12 month contract the **** doesn't work. I can't use any apps, connect to ANY wifi and I cant even use my phone to make calls. I use a different phone to call mint. I asked for a refund for the last month. I talked to a supervisor ***** who refused. He's acting like I changed my mind on the plan. I was going to renew my plan, I even changed my plan to unlimited thinking it might help, but I cannot use the phone. They have tried resetting the phone, changing the access name, and a new e Sim. I shouldn't have to pay for something that is defective. He kept saying it must be my phone but I tried telling him, and the *** before, that I contacted ******* first and they said it appears to not be my phone itself.Business Response

I purchased two iPhones and two 12-month wireless plans from Mint Mobile in February 2024. The order total was $2,364.33, including two 12 Month, Unlimited - SIM Kits listed at $180 each.Upon activation, I only received 6 months of service for each line. When I contacted support, the manager reviewed the call and admitted that the **** employee failed to explain the limitations of the promotion. Despite this, they refused to honor the full 12 months I paid for.I was initially offered $10, then $20, and eventually 3 additional months still leaving me 3 months short of what I paid for. This same promotion is still being advertised today. I even offered to pay for an additional year upfront if they would credit me the 6 months I already paid for and they still ********** plan is due to expire September 3, 2025, and I am trying to resolve this before my service lapses. I simply want Mint Mobile to honor the full 12-month term I prepaid for. I also submitted a formal *** complaint and may pursue a credit card dispute if this cannot be resolved.Business Response

I noticed that there was an automatic charge to my account, and at the same time, I was having difficulty accessing calls and connecting to 5G. Due to these issues, I decided to cancel the service (8/9/2025). I called Mint Mobile and was informed that I was eligible for a refund and could proceed with the cancellation. Based on that information, I canceled my Mint Mobile service and switched to a new carrier on the same day. However, when I later checked the status of my refund, I was told that I was not eligible because of data overusage (8/14). I was never specifically informed that data usage would affect my refund eligibility, either during the initial call or in any prior communication. Had I been made aware, I would have acted accordingly to ensure eligibility. I believe this lack of transparency is unfair and misleading. I am therefore requesting a reconsideration of this decision and a full refund as originally indicated.Business Response

I purchased 3 IPhones & plans from mint mobile online on 8/2. The phones finally arrived on 8/9. Im a teacher with life being busy because school was opening I didnt open the box right away, but then on 8/13 I began trying to activate the phones. Got a message saying I needed a SIM card. Called Mint Mobile wasted about 10 minutes talking to an AI representative and then finally got a human representative that barely spoke English and he couldnt find my account. I asked for a supervisor at least 3 times before he finally transferred me to a supervisor that spoke fluent English 30 minutes later. By now Im extremely aggravated, and had to explain that my phones dont work because the error message is saying I need a SIM card. This is my third time having this conversation and now I just want to cancel my service with MINT mobile and get a refund and return the phones. The supervisor tells me. No, no refund and basically trying to browbeat me into keeping the phones and the service which I have yet to get working! He says its been after 7 days. Ughhh Im so frustrated the phones dont work I cant get them activated and at the bottom of the paper that came with the phones it reads: Your Mint Mobile includes an unconditional money back guarantee. If youre unhappy for any reason with your purchase for any reason you can return it for full purchase price within the first 7 days of activation. I cant get the phones activated. I should be able to cancel the service, return the phones and receive a full refund. I dont understand why Mint Mobile wont honor this agreement. Im so disappointed in their company. I should have stayed with **** this is ridiculous how they have IPhones you cant use and have to wait hours to speak to customer service to get told no refund and Im stuck with the service. This is not fair and something needs to be done. Theres no physical store so what recourse do consumers have?Business Response

On February 7th I paid $201.49 to Mint Mobile for one year of cell phone service including taxes and fees. The service dates were from February 12th 2025 to February 12th 2026. The service included unlimited talk, texting, and 5 GB of high speed data per month. I had numerous issues with the service after several months including no data even though several bars were shown on the phone. I also had issues with large amounts of unexplained missing mobile data. The phone reported 250 MB of usage while Mint Mobile showed 2 GB of usage for example. In addition I had issues with dropped calls, missing texts, and poor service. These issues became worse in July 2025. I suspended my service and ported out halfway through the service period (August 13th 2025). I am asking for a prorated refund for the service I did not get to use because of the ongoing issues. I tried to resolve the problems with a phone reset and using a different phone. Nothing worked. My phone is now working great with the new provider. Im asking for a refund of $100.74 for the 6 months of service that I was unable to use.Business Response

My family (mom, dad, myself, and wife) and I switched from **** last month to Mint Mobile. We did it out of necessity, as my wife and I had our first kid. My Dad is older and not the best with technology, but I wasn't able to help at the time. While getting the plans chosen out he mistook the $15 (5gb promo plan) for the $15 (unlimited promo plan). They were the same price and we didn't know he did this until some of the family started running out of Data. He realized his error and told **** reached out to Mint Mobile and told them what happened. I also told them that we planned to renew in October after our 3 months promo to Unlimited 12 month anyways. I asked if they could just swap us, as seeing both promos were the same price. I was informed we'd have to pay the full price difference between the plans as we chose. This is absolutely crazy that their customer service is this bad, it seems like such a cut and dry issue. Same price should mean, no problem upgrading for free for the remainder of our promo, especially seeing as we had planned to renew for a year. But I guess they don't want to keep customers? I'm really unsure if we will stay with Mint if this is how they treat customers.Business Response

I purchased Mint Mobiles 12-month unlimited plan and made a payment of $387.08. However, instead of receiving the 12-month service that I paid for, I was only provided with a 6-month plan, which normally costs $210 plus taxes. This means I was charged for the full year but only received half the service. As a result, I am being unfairly overcharged by approximately $60 more than what the 6-month plan should cost, which I cannot afford to ****** addition, I have already tried to resolve this issue by contacting Mint Mobiles customer service over five times, spending more than three hours on calls, but the representatives were unable to provide me with a solution.I kindly request that Mint Mobile correct this mistake by either:1.Providing me with the full 12-month unlimited plan that I paid for, or 2.Issuing a refund for the difference in charges. This billing error, combined with the lack of resolution from customer support, has caused me unnecessary financial stress, and I would appreciate a prompt resolution.Business Response

Service failed, got other service, refund never sent There was a blackout in service while travelling in *********** unbeknownst to me. I thought service just sucked when visiting a friend in her area. Only was able to use WiFi. Then I left to town for errands and couldn't access navigation, got lost on the way back. Called before leaving to next destination as I needed GPS and learned of blackout. Was told no end known for blackout. Asked to give zip codes, picked area two hours drive away, also blacked out. Decided to get another service. This was 7 of 12 weeks into prepaid service. Told I can get a refund for 5 weeks remaining, never was sent. Called back told nonsense about 7 days refund policy, and they closed my account since I transferred my # despite still being in the 90 days I paid for. Going to try and serve legal docs with damages for hassle by snail mail. Paid $130~ five weeks of service for a partial refund amounts to $54~ though for the hassle and time wasting I happily would take a full refund. Payment for 3 month period started on 5/19, blackout issue began on 7/11. Got new service with US mobile on 8/16Business Response
