    On June 2 Mint Mobile sent me a phone that I did not order. I called Mint Mobile and they said I could return it. They sent someone to pick it up and bring it to **** I assume some fraud occurred somewhere, because **** claims they never got the phone back. They have also not refunded my money.

    I was going to switch from **** to another company for a better deal on unlimited data. I hadnt used much data in the previous two years with them, but now needed unlimited data.On May 31, 2025 Mint Mobile offered me a wireless plan with unlimited talk, text, and data for $266.86. I accepted the deal they offered.On June *****, 2025 I went to **. *****, *********, and ******, *******. The data from **** did not work for most of our trip. I needed it for GPS among many other things. My husband had ******** and his worked all the time with no issues. T-Mobile also works great there, as other family members have used that company while visiting.I called Mint customer service a few days into our trip to report the issues. I was told they couldnt do anything and they just didnt have many towers available to them down there. When driving alone, I had no data I could rely on. She assured me that Mint would take care of me after I expressed concern with paying for a year of service.On July 7, 2025 I chatted with Mint Mobile customer service to ask for a refund after explaining the situation. I needed to have data I could rely on. I also had another three weeks to spend in the same area coming up. I was told I only had seven days to ask for a refund. Of course, I didnt know they had unreliable data prior to purchasing service. No refund possible, I was told.I then called Mint customer service to get the info needed to switch companies. The man asked why I was leaving ****. I told him the data issues. He told me he was getting me to someone that could get me a refund.The person he sent me to claimed he was trying to get me a refund, but in the meantime, he was going to transfer me to *****, because he could see there was an issue with my IPhone and that was the problem. I said not to transfer me. He did anyway. I didnt talk to *****. I called Mint back right away and they were closed.

    I purchased service from Mint Mobile for two phone lines, paying for three months of service per line. Shortly after, I was double charged but eventually received a refund for the extra charge. Despite this, one of the lines experienced a service disruption and was terminated within one month of activation, even though I had paid for three months. Since June 27, 2025, I have been unable to use that phone line.I contacted Mint Mobile customer service five times between June 24 and July 3. Each time, I was assured that a support ticket would be escalated and that I would receive a callback within an hour. However, no one ever returned my calls. I waited at least 48 hours between each call, only to face the same unhelpful response repeatedly.During my most recent call, I requested that both lines be terminated and refunded since I only received one month of service on each line, despite paying for three. The customer service agent said she was submitting the termination and refund request but was unable to provide any email confirmation. When I asked for written documentation, she placed me on hold and then abruptly hung up. I later discovered she had not submitted the refund request and instead gave me the original refund confirmation code from the prior double charge refund, misleading me completely.I also emailed ************************************************ and attempted to use the Contact Us form on their website, which is nonfunctional. Despite all my efforts, I have received no response or follow-up from Mint Mobile.I am requesting the Better Business Bureaus assistance in obtaining a full refund for the unused service, formal termination of both lines, and a resolution to this matter.

    Switch mint mobile in May . Purchase pixel 9 and 1 year mobile service. Paid up front. I have been complaining since h May . Calling people can not hear me and continually losing the call . . I buffer.I have never had any barsof service at top of screen.I still do not. I just found out now . I was never connected to Mint since ***. I still do not have bars. After July 5 and 6 6 hours each on the phone and with AI. My carrier shows APN as ultra but my new esim they switch APN to Mint Ultra . I still have no bars /i want this fixrd or pushed thru . Also want 3 months service for **** credited to my account. For non service. HAs nothing to do with service area. This has been since MAy so regardless of spooty internet at some point i should see bars. Please push my phone thru so i can enjoy ************* Credit my account 3 months of servi ce back.

    I transferred my cell phone service to Mint Mobile in February of this year. The service has worked fine until this week. My new month of service started July 1, 2025. I received a message on July 4th at 3:20 pm telling me I had used 80% of my 5 gbs of data. At 4:10 pm I got a message telling me I was out of data. I thoroughly checked my phone to make sure my phone wasnt on use cellular data only and it wasnt. I rarely use more than 1 gb of data a month, but this particular week Ive been home not using cellular data at all. Ive been home with a leg in boot using my home wifi. Ive talked to multiple agents who refuse to believe this problem is on their end, but after researching the issue multiple people have reported the same thing happening to them.

    On Friday, June 13, I purchased the Mint Mobile plan advertised as "$15 a month for 3 months." My SIM card was shipped on Monday, June 16, and I activated it on Friday, June 19.From the start, the activation process was rushed. The ***resentative transferred my number from Sprint to **** using a PIN and assured me that I would be able to make outgoing calls immediately. However, once I hung up and tried to make a call, I was rerouted to Mint Mobile customer service. I restarted my phone and tried againsame result.I contacted support again that same day (June 19), and a ***resentative created a support ticket Ticket # L2-411271, promising my service would be restored within a few hours. On June 20, I still could not make or receive calls. I called again and explained that Im self-employed and rely on my phone to accept payments and communicate with customers. I was again told service would be active by the end of the ****** wasnt.I continued calling every single day from June 20 through June 24. On June 25my birthdayI still had no working phone. I missed important calls, including birthday messages from friends and ********* of today, it has been over two weeks, and I still do not have working service. I am unable to call T-Mobile to cancel my old account because I dont have a functioning phone. Every time I call Mint, I either speak to a *** who cant help me, or Im promised a call back from a supervisor that never comes. Ive been told the back office is working on it, but I have received zero email follow-ups or updates.This has been one of the worst customer service experiences *** ever had. *** lost time, business income, and access to essential communication. Im even recording a TikTok to warn others about this situation.If Mint Mobile wants to keep me as a customer, they must:Fix my phone service immediately.Compensate me for the lost service days and for the period I was unable to cancel my T-Mobile account due to their failure.

    Mint Mobile is actively preventing me from purchasing a replacement phone to keep my current phone plan as anytime I login to attempt to make a purchase I'm presented with an error message and told that I've been blocked from using the domain. When I contact Mint Mobile directly to complain, and tell them the issue, they basically tell me there's nothing they can do and that "it is what it is...." If I'm going to be prevented from purchasing a phone, then I want a refund for the policy I paid for in advance.

    I've had service with Mint for 3 months, the first 3 the data worked, it's out after they took my money. I called they said my phone was locked, called again they said the towers are down in my area, so they switched me to a different tower, data still won't work, and I checked my mother's phone hers is out as well. This means we have no internet connection away from the house. Y'all need to get **** ******** on the line to fix my data. Or refund me my money so I can go back to straight talk..

    I have a family plan with 3 numbers with Mint Mobile. 1 month into a 3 month Plan, My Father ****** away on 7/1/2025. I contacted Mint mobile on 7/3/2025 to cancel service and to get a refund for the balance of the plan and was told that they would not cancel or refund and that the line would stay active until it was up for renewal and then I would just not renew. this is very poor business. I am hoping this can be resolved. The account is in my name listed above with the phone number listed as main number.Thank You

    I bought a pixel 9 bundle on June 30 Order # MT7929804 I called and spoke to ***. She said the service bundle wasn't added to my order as it should have been. *** was really nice but couldn't resolve the issue and add the service promotion. *** offered to send me to a supervisor to help. ******* took the call. She was very mechanical and didn't seem very interested in resolving the matter and in fact continued telling me to return the device rather than fix the issue. My call was made from ************ On July 3rd at 1101 am CST.
