              Dear BBB Please help me in this situation. I ordered from Anna's Linens on 11-30-21. I had ordered long living room curtains and received short kitchen curtains for the price of $****** I had no phone number to call them and even now the number provided here is no longer in service. i had tried to use paypal and was charged ****** again thru my bank, the other one was discover. I emailed them to tell them that they had overcharged me but they sent me a picture of 1 box and asked me to comment on it. Later i explained that i only received one box and was charged for two boxes ( i am not good with computers but this has never happened before). i only wanted to order once and thought i did but didn't know if they had taken my discover card or not. I disputed it with my credit card company. I emailed them and told them the only way i could go was to send them back and they sent me their label to take to **** I still have the receipt but no one wants to track it for me and ****** hasn't responded since because finally discover came thru with my dispute when i sent them proof that i paid twice for the same box. But I am left with no curtains and a charge on my debit card thru the bank for the other ******. They will not converse with me at all. *****

              ******************** I placed an order totaling $80 (shower curtain set) and I was shipped the wrong product (wrong in color and style). I have sent 5 emails to no avail. If I were you I would not do business with Annas Linen Online. The quality of the wrong product ***** and certainly not what I paid for. Undoubtedly my emails are being ignored and no telephone number is available online. My advice is to be very careful in ordering from this group. My recourse is to *** them in small claims court. It would have been too much like right for Annas Linen to correct their error.
