    ****************** is my debt counselor, he really helped my husband and I to decide to go with your company, ***** is extremely supportive and patient and understands our situation. It was like talking with a friend Ive known for years, hes very personable and is truly an asset to your business, hes never not answered our calls or emails, I cant say enough about how comfortable he made us feel in such a difficult time and situation were in, so thank you for having such an outstanding employee that helped our transition in to becoming debt free.     It was easy only on my first call to settle the accounts and pay the first fee, after that first call is impossible to talk to them.They expected a customer to send a text message to them and they replied 48 hrs later with not a proper answer.. There is no CS, no call back.We are thinking that we mad a big mistake.We are desperate to talk to someone for a week.

    The customer service provided by ******* was impeccable.This is not something I was comfortable with to begin with, but the more I was able to realize my circumstances, which wouldnt have been possible apart from the solid coaching and encouragement from *******, the more I appreciated my circumstances and this lifeline to sanity.

    Excellent service provided by Debt Specialist ****, She was professional, patient, non-judgmental & showed a lot of empathy. The program was clearly explained to ****** appreciated seeing the print out of my debts and what the lower amount (one monthly payment) would be with savings after the debt is negotiated. I am relieved to finally see some light at the end of this dark tunnel. I'm just nervous about the length of time the negotiations will take as I've always paid my bills on time and never gone into collections. I will be able to sleep better tonight....thank you Verify Debt Solutions.
