    I informed representative that I did not want to continue with the application after he told me they would be closing my accounts. After we got off the phone, weeks later I received letters and he had pushed my application through anyways. I could not get in contact with anyone. I was promised call backs that I never received. Now my credit is s*** and I havent received not even a sorry. 0/10 do not recommend.
