They have my address wrong and they know they have address incorrect. They removed my original address and added one that I do not or never lived at. They said it was removed by error when I spoke to a representative so just fix it. What information you need from me I can provide my lease and all the other accounts that they report as current has my correct and current address. This is just stall tactics and they do whatever they feel like doing with the consumer. You removed my correct address and I have to jump through hoops to have it fixed?Initial Complaint

Upon reviewing my credit report, I found accounts and it's evident that several of my rights have been violated under United States Code Law, specifically TILA, 15 U.S. Code 1666(b) Billing Error and more. I observed multiple billing errors, as per 15 U.S. Code 1666(b)(4), which says that creditors must accurately reflect payments and credits on statements. Additionally, creditors cannot treat a payment as late for any purpose. The affected accounts are OPENSKY CBNK - 462192XXXXXXXXXX, ************* 515307XXXXXX, COMENITYBANK/NY&CO - 585637XXXXXXXXXX, FIRST PREMIER BANK - 517800XXXXXXXXXX, FIRST PREMIER BANK - 517800XXXXXXXXXX, *******/FINGERHUT - 636992XXXXXXXXXX, and OPPLOANS/CC BANK - LAI020XXXXX. Yet the CRAs and Data Furnishers claim that everything is complete and accurate, which is puzzling given the incorrect open dates and dates of last activity, among other discrepancies. According to 15 USC ****(5) they are supposed to modify accounts that isn't reporting correctly. The other ways that my rights have been violated are according to 15 U.S.C **** Section 602 A, and 15 U.S.C **** Section 604 A Section 2. These sections affirm my right to privacy and stipulate that a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish an account without my written instructions, which I have not provided. The credit reporting agencies (CRAs) are also reporting late payments on closed accounts, violating my rights under 15 U.S. Code ****e: Compliance Procedures and Accuracy of Report, and 15 U.S. Code ****s2: Responsibilities of furnishers. I have never given permission to share my information, a violation of 15 U.S. Code ****b - Permissible purposes. I composed this complaint independently, without third-party assistance.Business Response

I meticulously reviewed my credit reports and uncovered troubling inaccuracies. Data ******************** some affiliated with major ************************* (CRAs), have collectively violated my consumer rights under the ***** Notably, ***************** - 526449XXXXXXXXXX consistently reported inaccurate information, causing distress for me and my family. Furthermore, my Experian Credit Report listed the same account, SYNOVUS/FIRST DIGITAL - 526449XXXXXXXXXX, inaccurately three times on my report every month. This repeated negligence ***** my credit and is against law. Another problematic entry, 1STPROGRESS/TSYS/VT - 544303XXXXXXXXXX, raises concerns about data accuracy. The violations include: FCRA violation under 15 U.S Code ****a(2)(B): Exclusions from a consumer report. Violation of 15 U.S Code ****b: Permissible purpose of consumer reports, as I never authorized the sharing of my information. Violation of 15 U.S. Code ****e(b): Compliance Procedures. Violation of 15 U.S. Code ****i(5): Reporting inaccurate accounts without providing verifiable proof of my requests. I emphasize my right to privacy, protected by 15 U.S.C Code **** Section 602 A and Section 604 A, Section 2, which states that a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish an account without my written instructions, I never provided. These violations also extend to a breach of United States Code Law under TILA, specifically 15 U.S. Code 1666(b) regarding billing errors. I conducted this extensive research independently, without third-party assistance. In light of these well-documented violations, I urgently request the removal of these inaccurate accounts from my credit reports.Business Response

During my review of accounts on my Experian credit report, I noticed significant inaccuracies that are in direct violation of my rights under the ***** Specifically, the account listed as SANTANDER/CHRYSLER CAP - 300001XXXXXXXXXXX should be removed due to its infringement on my consumer rights. This account was involved in a multistate investigation that uncovered deceptive lending practices by Santander, including misleading consumers about their rights, risks of partial payments, and loan extensions. The settlement resulted in consumer relief and loan forgiveness. As per 15 USC 1681(4), consumer reporting agencies must uphold their responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and respect for privacy. Furthermore, 15 USC 1681i(5) mandates the modification or deletion of inaccurately reported accounts. These inaccurate accounts have been persistently reported, violating my FCRA rights.*********'s actions also breach U. S. Code 1681s-2 Responsibilities of Furnishers of Information, as they knowingly provided inaccurate information to consumer reporting agencies. All these accounts have violated my consumer rights under 15 U.S.C. ****, which encompasses the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), prohibiting abusive and unfair debt collection practices. The following accounts, CREDENCE RESOURCE MANAGE - 350018XXX and ************************* - 197506XX, similarly need to be deleted immediately. Having reviewed my credit report, I've identified ongoing inaccuracies. I lack knowledge of these accounts and urgently request the immediate removal of this false and fraudulent information.
