      Pre approved, signed contract then denied because of suspicious SSN activity. *** does that even mean. Sounds like ******** to me and I have a hard inquiry on my report.

      A company simply *****. It doesnt seem like they work hard enough at settling your debts. Their fees are way too high. You are not informed about every fee. They are charging me 25% settlement fee on my credit card, but they say they were saving me money, but the fee is based on the original debt. How can they save me any money if theyre taking all the money for fees I am highly disappointed in this company and wished I had never gotten involved with them. It wouldve been better for me to just struggle with my payments instead of having a big hit on my credit score. I would advise anybody interested to stay away from this company

      If I could give 0 stars I would. When trying to get a loan via Net Credit, the utilized Clarity Services Inc. to provide them with worthiness. Clarity Services Inc told Net Credit that there was " Suspicious SSN Activity" which led them to deny me my loan. When speaking with Clarity Services Inc., they had me verify information on my credit profile all correct (some information was old, but not incorrect). When I asked why they provided them with the information of suspicious SSN Activity they could not explain to me why as all my information was in deed correct. They told me they would fix the account and that I would be able to re-apply with Net Credit. After almost a month, I am still getting the same reason for denial with the information provided by that of Clarity Services.

      Poor customer support. They ask for my social security number. No company should ask for someones SS #. There are other ways to identify someone without providing confidential information. ****** asked for other personal information before taking my phone number for a supervisor to call name back.

      Paper work was filled out three times for an ongoing draft from my bank for my monthly payment. Three times the draft did not occur, thus making me late for my February 2023 and March payment. I called numerous times and spoke with the company regarding this. I also asked that a supervisor call me but that never occurred. Finally I asked if I could wire the money to them via my bank and that resolved my issue. I was never told this was an option nor was I ever given an explanation as to why these draft errors kept occurring. This was very poor customer service.
