    "Ordered a phone & plan from Ultramobile on 12-26-25 order # UM337537 only to have it cancelled, reordered on 12-30-25 order # UM337549 again cancelled, ordered again on 12-31-25 using REMOVEDagain after a couple of hours it was cancelled, called customer service sales, spoke to Shakra and she walked me through it once more, I used my REMOVEDgot order # UM337561, checked my REMOVEDacct and it showed the transaction pending at 1:00 pm on 1-1-26 at 7:30 pm it was no longer pending it was gone!
