      They sent me to a nearby ***-certified shop, got the repair approved, and worked everything out directly with the shop so I didnt have to play middle-man. Payment went through just like they said it would, no surprises. Someone even called me afterward to make sure the car was running right.

      When I bought my car, the dealership offered a bunch of different warranty options and I ended up picking this protection plan. A while later, my engine stalled out and I finally had to use it. The claims *** only asked for a couple of basic documents and explained what was covered in plain English, which I appreciated.

      This company has the worst customer service *** ever experienced. As someone in the hospitality business I have never wrote a review before but please dont waste your money here. Ive tried many times to get approved for a warranty claim from them. In the last three years they have stated my water heater leaking was not covered they only cover everything else that goes with the tank. I had a built in microwave that when it went out I called and they spent 2 weeks finding someone to come look at it and then after another 3 weeks after calling the repair shop and being told the part was on far back order I just went out and bought a new microwave and kit to install it myself, the kit and microwave actually was less than the part to repair the existing one. I had to call for 2 weeks to get that reimbursement check. Last year I had a leak in my ac coils called in and it was not covered, so much for purchasing the platinum everything is covered plan. Two years ago I had a capacitor go out on an ac unit and after sending the paperwork in I did reimbursed for it, but on November 16 the other ac capacitor went out. I paid the ac company the $400 to come out and fix it, but this company doesnt work weekends so I could not get ahold of them on a Sunday. I called them the following Monday and let them know the problem. I was informed that my policy was expired on the 17 of November so they cant cover this problem. After explaining that I have paperwork saying I called the ac company on Sunday and have a paper trail showing that it was during my contract period I was told they will have a supervisor call. I have called every day for the last 8 business days and still havent heard a word for a supervisor. Hopefully writing this review will prompt a phone call. This is my experience with this company and if my misfortune can help anyone else not lose $3000 plus with this company that is the only peaceful thing that will come from this experience.

      I called in about an issue with my car and the *** who answered was actually really nice. She set everything up pretty fast and told me what to expect next. The wait wasnt long and nothing felt like a hassle.

      They handled the approval and paid the shop directly, so I didnt have to chase anyone down or deal with a bunch of invoices. Filing the claim online was easy, and they kept me updated by phone and email. The whole situation sucked, but they were calm and helpful the whole time. It saved me a lot of time and money, and I drove away feelingrelieved.

      My car overheated on a super busy stretch of highway and I was honestly stressed out. I called in and the claims team walked me through what to do next without ******* me. The tow truck showed up in under an hour, and the shop checked it out as soon as it got there.

      I do not have this home warranty but wanted to tell you what I experienced. I recently refinanced my home and have had a Fidelity Home Warranty on it since I bought it 2 years ago. Integrity sent me mail that looked like a check for $199.00 and stated to call them about an important matter regarding my home. Nothing states what kind of company they are at all! I called and they started asking about the mechanical systems in my home. I stopped him and asked why are you asking me these questions? He said I need to verify you qualify, then I asked for what? He said a warranty. I informed him I have **** on my home and the line went blank. If you want a genuine and good home warranty, try Fidelity, I have them on all my properties and even when there's a glitch, they get on it and get the job done. I think Integrity are scamming homeowners,

      Scammers got the warranty paid the $75 and was told that they can't do the job talking about it's a remodel I need four pipes changed I've got this warranty for nothing I can fix it myself for $150 bucks **** shame and to think how many people they probably did this too and then the $75 they charge me to tell me what I already knew to say they weren't going to do it very ****** would not recommend to anyone ????????????????????????

      Your call was about a specific sink in your house, where you stated the water pressure was insufficient.  A tech was dispatched to your property to determine the cause of failure and a solution.  The tech found that the sink was not the issue; it was the galvanized plumbing that you have that was causing low water pressure throughout the system.  This is not covered under your contract. (Page 9, Paragraph F.)    We are sorry we were unable to assist you further with this issue, as it was not covered under the terms of your contract.
