      Alright, I'll be honest, I was dubious at first, but I've been pleasantly surprised. My water heater started leaking, and I called them and they scheduled a service call within the same day. The technician came out, diagnosed the issue, and the replacement was part of my plan coverage. I didn't have to pay out of pocket aside from the minimal service call fee. What I appreciated most is that they outlined everything up front before they started work so that I wasn't left wondering. It seemed like they were in my corner, not looking for a way to get out of it. That's unusual service these days.

      Summer heat struck and my AC quit. I called, described the problem, and received a same day visit. Wow, that was fast. The technician replaced the fan motor. Claim approved on the spot, and I paid a minimal fee.

      I had a transmission issue last year that would've cost me thousands. Fortunately, my coverage paid for just about everything. There wasn't any stress in the process at all. I just called them, provided them with the repair estimate, and they handled the rest. No piles of paperwork, no confusing fine print. The mechanic was paid directly, which was ideal since I didn't need to pay for it myself first. I wasn't sure these types of plans were worth it, but this experience made me a believer. If I hadn't signed up, I would've been in financial hot water.

      I began paying for my car warranty with this company in early 2024, thinking it would offer peace of mind in case something went wrong with my vehicle. Unfortunately, that has not been the case. When my car broke down and required engine repairs, I expected the warranty to help cover the costsas the engine is clearly listed as a covered component in the documentation. However, they play games with the wording in the contract. You assume youre protected, but when something actually happens, they find loopholes to avoid responsibility.For example, they claimed certain parts of the engine were covered, but then denied the claim because a related componentessential to the repair. How does that make any sense? How can you approve one part but not the component that works directly with it? It defeats the entire purpose of the coverage. On top of that, they refused to cover even basic diagnostic expenses.They heavily promote benefits like roadside assistance, hotel accommodations, meals, and home protectionbut none of these promises were fulfilled. Its all just marketing talk to get you to sign up.Yet, every single month, they never fail to call and remind you to make your warranty payment. But when it's their turn to pay, they inform you that reimbursement (for the warranty you already paid for) takes up to five monthsif they even decide to process it at all.What really frustrates me is how they lure people in. I received an urgent email warning me that my warranty was about to expire and urging me to call immediately. Once I did, they pushed me into renewing my plan. But the moment I filed a claim, it was denied within minutes without any proper review. When I followed up, the only response I got was: Its not covered. No explanation, no accountability.If you're considering purchasing a warranty from this companydont. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money. This service is absolutely not worth it. I regret ever signing up.

      STAY AWAY! They are a complete fraud. They will sell you a policy and then never pay. I have been dealing with them over the past three years, they are a joke!STAY AWAY!

      If I could give less than one star, I would. My experience with ***** and the finance manager was extremely negative. They were overly aggressive and did not respect my repeated refusals, making the entire interaction feel coercive. They also failed to clearly identify themselves or the company they represent, which raised immediate red flags.Most disturbingly, the finance manager made an inappropriate and deeply concerning commentsuggesting I might end up in a horrific car accidentas a reason to hand over my financial information. This is not only unethical but also incredibly unprofessional.I strongly urge others to exercise caution. Based on my experience, this company may not be operating in good faith and could potentially be a scam.

      I received a very deceptive piece of mail from this organization. Claiming that Im out of compliance with my warranty and threatening messages that my waiver will be revoked. They include what looks like a check to further entice and deceive me its disgusting that you show them in good standing. I have a brand new car and fully understand my warranty. They dont even list their name on the mail. I had to call the number and ask for the name of the organization.

      I paid for their "Premium" plan under the expectation that when something goes wrong, Id be covered or at the very least, receive competent service.Instead, I was met with miscommunication, delays, and misinformation, ultimately resulting in zero coverage and an infuriating waste of time and energy.

      The failed item in question was a sump pump, which you had replaced previously before initiating a claim, as it was an emergency.   A sump pump is not covered under the terms of your contract. When you called in the claim the next day, we mistakenly dispatched a plumber due to a miscommunication.  You were not charged for the plumber, and we repeatedly apologized for the mix-up, explaining that additional training for your specific situation would be provided to the representative.    Unfortunately, per the terms of your contract, sump pumps are not a covered item.  Please refer to the detailed email from our Claims Director, dated July 22, 2025, for further explanation.  We apologize for the inconvenience, but the terms of your policy prevent us from approving a claim for your issue.

      I canceled my policy (contract) with them and am due a refund of approximately $1350. I was told that my refund was being processed and that it will go out with the next batch of (monthly) refunds. It has been over a YEAR, and I still have NOT received my refund! And every time I call, Im being told the same thing!
