      I called customer service a month ago to remove my payment information since I paid off. However the ** representative told me I have one more remaining balance to pay. I asked her to send me her email to send my all bank transactions to show as it is paid off. However she and her boss ********* disrespectfully yelled at me to pay the remaining balance and threatened me that he would cancel my policy. It is very unprofessional and a poor customer service that I have never experienced. As far as I know I have a right to ask any question to understand regarding my policy. I still requesting to contact & help me about the premium that I have paid over. By the way I really appreciate the claim department team who have done such a great job on time.

      Claim ******** name is ****** **********. Starting from february 2 2025 i put a claim that my heating system does not work properly. Apparently 2 thermostats that I had both was very old and did not function properly. It took Integrity group 2 month to elevate this problem. I did not wait and call *** to replace the thermostats.I paid for the work that was done by ***. It took more then 2 month to get a refund . I spoke to mane representatives like ***** **** that constantly was playing a pinf pong game until today i call and get the representative nad ********. He was very knowledgable guy and was very helpful. He resolved all the issues in 30 minutes and issue a refund. Thats kind of employees should hire the company then maybe there rate will go up

      I called and was hung up on 3 times. I cought a *** in a bad mood. Her name was ******. I don't believe I've had a more rude csr in my life. Kids these days think they can just treat people whatever way they feel like. They can but not on the clock.

      This is a scam stay clear! I had them for over a year, the first time I tried to use them they said that they wrote the wrong policy that there was no one in my area that acceptedthat policyand it never should have be written.. I had paid over $2000. They apologize and said that they would refund the money and write a new policy that I would cover my claim just give it 30 days to come into affect. I agreed like a idiot. I called to make the claim and it was refused. They were now taking out for two policies I tried to cancel the policies and was told they would not. The policies or cancel at any time policies. I had to go to my ************ to get everything straighten outnow they are calling me every day wanting payment for policies that I tried to cancel but they would let me. It has been 6 months and I still haven't got my refund.

      I have reviewed your contract that we administer at Integrity Admin Group, and our records show that you only have one contract with us, Contract H611699360. After checking the property address, we still found that there is only one contract. No claims have ever been made on this contract. I listened to the only call from you that we have on file, and the recording shows that you were referred to the dealer who sold you the contract. We are the administrator of the contract and are not involved in selling or marketing contracts. Additionally, we have never received a claims submission from you for this contract. Our records indicate that you have initiated a cancellation process for contract H611699360, which is currently in progress.       Integrity administration group, is very unprofessional and a poorly ran company in my opinion. I called them about my HVAC / furnace because I have a heating and air company that does my routine maintenance on my system and when the furnace started to vibrate and make a lot of noise in my attic I called my heating and air company out to check my system and they found the problem with the blower motor and said it needed to be replaced, so I called the warranty company ( integrity administration group) and told them the problem and they said send them the estimate that the company had gave me to repair the furnace. But the kicker is Integrity want the furnace to not be working at all in the dead of winter.. I have yet to get a response from them about getting any help on the issue. I paid the full amount for the warranty but now I cant get any help or any of my money back because I paid for the repairs so I would not be cold in house, I would recommend to any and everyone please do not gave your hard earned money to this company for anything , because thats exactly what you will be getting from this poorly ran company, they will never get any more business from me or anyone I know.

To utilize the service contract, a cause of failure is required. The estimate that you provided from your service provider does not have a cause of failure. To properly adjudicate your claim, we must have a cause of failure. Per your contract, Mechanical Failure, Mechanical Breakdown, or Breakdown means a covered item becomes inoperable and unable to perform its designed function. The estimate you provided does not include this information. We are more then ready to assist you in gathering this information and then figuring out what is covered per your contract.       Once the repair man came out to look at my furnace sent from Integrity, it took two and a half weeks for them to approve the repair. I would keep calling and asking about when they would send the **** guy back out and they said they were still reviewing my case. In the meantime, I ended up with an electric bill that was three times higher than my usual amount because I had to use space heaters for two and a half weeks. Integrity is a very poorly run company, and I would strongly recommend against giving Integrity your business. By the time I paid for the home warranty, The threefold increase in my electric bill, the initial diagnostic appointment, and the deductible for the repair, It would have been cheaper and far less of a headache to just call the **** repair man and pay for it myself.

      We sincerely apologize for the delay in repairing your HVAC system and understand the frustration this has caused. After reviewing your case, we can confirm that you initiated claim ***** on Thursday, December 19, 2024. At that time, your claim was assigned to the service provider, **********. On Friday, December 20, 2024, you contacted your claims representative, expressing that you had not yet heard from the service provider. In response, we provided you with ***********s contact information to help resolve any scheduling issues.


      Following the holiday, we tried to reach you to check the status of your HVAC system and left a voicemail when we were unable to connect. On January 2, 2025, you contacted us again, mentioning that a technician had been on-site but had not communicated further. The technician submitted an estimate to the dispatcher at 11:36 AM EST on January 2, 2025, and we followed up with you at 11:56 AM EST on January 2, 2025, to discuss the estimate and obtain your approval for the uncovered repairs that were required in addition to the covered repairs. The Repairs were authorized that day, and according to the dispatcher, all repairs were completed by January 9, 2025.

      Your warranty coverage amounted to $781.00, with an additional $220.00 paid by you for the uncovered part of the repairs. While we always strive to process claims promptly, we acknowledge that the holiday schedules of local service providers may have contributed to the delay in this instance. Although we have not identified any errors in the claims process, we genuinely empathize with the inconvenience caused by the delays.

      As a gesture of goodwill and to help address your frustration, we would like to waive the deductible for your next claim. Should you have any further questions or concerns, please dont hesitate to reach out to me directly. We're here to assist you.

      I had nothing but trouble since I went with the company. I put in a claim s couple months again. Made several phone calls about the issue and never got resolved. Then the representatives have a nerve to lie in their notes. Then speak with a rude and unprofessional manager **** who didnt like the fact i wanted to cancel. is unbelievable to me that the company is so quick to take your money but when you wanna cancel, they want you to send email asking for a refund. As if they couldnt Do it themselves or send the steps in the email he gonna give me the address over the phone. so glad I canceled

      We are truly sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with your contract and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. After reviewing your history, we found two claims that may help clarify the situation.

      The first claim, filed on October 7, 2024, was related to an internal electrical issue. Unfortunately, there was a communication breakdown with the service provider, and it was ultimately recommended that you use your preferred provider. After several attempts to resolve the matter, the claim was canceled based on your instructions on November 12, 2024.

      The second claim involved a leaking pipe. You chose to use your open provider, who identified a leaking faucet. However, as outlined on page 9 of your contract, the faucet is not covered under the terms of the agreement.

      Regarding your call on November 29 to cancel your contract, please note that purchases and refunds related to your service contract are handled directly by the vendor listed on page one of your contract. Integrity Admin Group only manages the claims process and is not involved in the marketing or purchasing of contracts.
