The company promised online business visibility improvements, call tracking, and ****** ranking ********** of 10 days after signing, AdIQ has not provided any services, communication, updates, or visibility improvements. Their service guarantee vaguely states 2 keyword rankings within 3 months, but does not define terms or outline measurable performance indicators. They offer no refundeven when nothing has been doneand attempt to enforce a 50% cancellation fee.I contacted AdIQ to cancel immediately after recognizing no work was being done and was told I am not entitled to a refund. This violates fair business practices.I am requesting:- Immediate termination of the contract - A full refund of $1,299.99 - Confirmation that no additional billing will take place Their one-sided contract clauses are misleading and offer no remedy to the consumer if no performance is delivered. The company ************ sold me a certification course in positive psychology and after the 180 days to dispute was over they removed the course from my use and kept my money. $111.90 the number the company gives out is a non working number.Business Response

I hired the company to get my business onto ****** maps and in search. Afyer several days and the payment to provide this service ADIQ contacted us with news of the website they built, we didnt request a website and already had one that I produced. The website was confusing with images I didnt approve and for a different location then my business They then asked for more money After another week I was able to get my business onto ****** with out their assistance and we let them know we no longer required their services sense then we have been harassed daily with multiple text emails and up to 30 phone calls a day on my business line they are insaneBusiness Response

I clicked an add on ******** for an online job being a single mum out of work I wanted to make some passive income while at home. Well behold someone reached out offering this amazing online job where I could earn $6000 per month. I was so happy and I got given training in ******** the company platform Ad.Iq , the job is to do 40 tasks per day and you get a pay out and make some extra cash if the task ( processing everyday apps ) . The guy called ***** trained me and gave me some lessons on using ********** as thats where they pay you . 5 days in I dont even know how it all happened so fast he convinced me to inject some money in for a larger pay out. 4000+ in and I couldnt get my money back. Some of this money I borrowed thinking I would only use this money to process how much I had already earned from working everyday for them . Am very devastated and just want my money back so that I can pay what I borrowed. They have a customer service on ******* but they are not useful , this happened 2 weeks ago and I have reached out to them on ********* instagram, via email and no one ever seems to get my messages. I need to recover my money . This has affected my mental health and they should not do this to vulnerable people. My bank wont help no one is helpingBusiness Response

I am filing this complaint against Ad IQ regarding services I hired them for between August 2023 and October 2023. I paid $299.99 for their promise to improve my websites ranking on ******, ****, Yelp, and other platforms. I was told they would enhance my online presence, but my original website continued to outperform the website they built for me, which I did not request in the first place.Instead of improving my existing online presence, the company created a new website on a domain I did not approve. They used my company name, address, and description as the title for search results on the domain they created. Afterward, they auctioned off the domain, and now it remains accessible online as the second result on ********, still featuring my business ************** make matters worse, the new domain owner is using the website to promote ads and spread fake viruses, causing pop-up ads on users' devices. Customers have reported to me that they mistakenly clicked on the link with the title "******** Titles and Tags Offers Car Registrations in **********," which is connected to the website: ************************************************. This was completely unnecessary, as I already had a well-functioning, top-ranked website.I was not aware that this website was still showing up in Bing search results until a customer brought it to my attention this week. As a result, I did not file this complaint within the 12-month period typically requested, because I was unaware of the ongoing issue until now. When I contacted Ad IQ to resolve the matter, they informed me that they could not remove my business name or the website because they had already sold the domain and no longer had access.I am frustrated and concerned that my business name and information are being misused in this manner. I would like the Better Business Bureau to investigate this matter and assist me in resolving the issues caused by Ad IQs negligence and unprofessional actions.Business Response

This page was designed to complement and drive traffic to your primary website, a feature that was opted into during the signup process. Additionally, domain approval is part of the onboarding process, though we recognize that details may sometimes be forgotten over time.
To clarify, we do not auction off websites. If a client chooses not to renew their services with us, we simply do not renew the domain. Unfortunately, once a domain expires, it becomes publicly available, and third parties can acquire it for their own use. On January 3rd, Ad. IQ got me on the phone after I tried to set up a ****** business profile and basically pretended to be ****** themselves. They told me that it cost money to have ****** business profile and it was best to optimize your keywords for Search Engine Optimization Purposes. I paid them $149 for the first month and I'm apparently supposed to pay them 105 for the next 2 months. They ended making me a website which I never authorized, so traffic is now going to that website which doesn't has a different number on it. I now can't find a number to cancel.Business Response

Such a misleading and uninformative sales process could never warrant a redeeming chance. To reiterate, there was never a mention of another website being produced on my behalf, the promised was to "update and invigorate" my current online presence. That in no way means build a new website. On top of that, having destroyed any existing traffic that I had prior. While minimal it was still atleast one lead per week.
The only remediation I'm seeking is a refund of the $499.97 that was spent with your company.
