    The business advertised a $1.00 charge but has billed my account for an additional $28.95 twice on different dates. The first one posted on April 30, 2024 and the second on May 28, 2024. I would like a refund, my information removed from their system, and any account under my name deleted.

    I never heard of USCRIMEDATA.com or ever went to their website until today to see who was charging my credit card. I never opened any account with this company or authorized any charges or received any services. They first charged my credit card (card was never lost or out of my possession) a $1 test charge then recurring charges of $28.95. I just noticed and reported these fraudulent charges to my bank who closed the credit card and will be issuing a new card and contacting this company for a refund. I wanted to let the BBB and anyone thinking of using any service related to this company to beware and never give them your credit card information. Since my bank will handle the refund I do not want to download my bank statement to give them any additional information about me.

    my credit card was charged 1.00 for a incomplete supposed report and now my credit card is being charged $9.95 a month. I did not authorize these charges.
