  I booked with fairhuts for a ********* airlines trip. I had to cancel due to medical reasons and was told ********* charge $90 for canceling a flight. That isn't true, ********* does not charge a fee at all for cancellation and holding of the money for a later trip.I fell for it and was charged $49 for canceling the flight. My bank gave me the 49 back but then when I tried to schedule another trip using that same account someone, most likely the people who set the account up which was ********, took the money back out of the account and used it for another flight. ********* is going to reach out to me and see about giving me credit for a further flight for the almost 300 bucks. Buyer beware!

  Searched roundtrip airfare for family of 5. Reviewed trip and price, total $363.63 roundtrip. An hour later, I get a called that the return flight was not confirmed I would need to pay an additional $235.02 to confirm the return flight. I asked to go ahead and cancel our flight, and was told cannot because I didn't opt for insurance. My card hasn't been debited. Then I get a debited notification under "HOLIDAY BREAKS" for the amount of $180.33 at the same time they called and said to authorize the charges to confirm our return trip. I realised that *** charged for our actual tickets $418.32 under ****** airlines and then $180.33 for this HOLIDAY BREAKS. I'm trying to dispute with my bank and called farehut to dispute I'm getting no response or calls answer. BEWARE..DO NOT BOOK FROM THEM.

  Avoid at all costs.. The website is a scam... They book tickets that they have not confirmed.. And then wait until you call them to tell you that You're not confirmed and it's been overbooked, And you've been placed on standby until the day of the flight. Then they try to sell you either the same ticket or another ticket. That day or another day that's almost twice the price.. Even more than what the airline has, and will lie and say they spoke with the airline and they have no availability for the flight you paid for. Then tell you to go another day, or pay twice the price to get confirmed. But their is no refund even if they can't get you confirmed. I asked for them to refund my money and they got nasty and said they'll cancel and per the terms there are no refunds on cancelation and hung up on me.Had to dispute with my card company and get a new credit card. Such a hassle for crooks. Positive reviews here are false and from the company.

  Avoid Avoid ! Scam! Unreliable. Seems interesting for pricing but non existing (or extremely poor) customer service. Will not help you modify or cancel flight even if you pay cancellation fee! Loss of time, energy. Had to cancel my credit card! Please follow bad reviews and not good ones that are too good to be true when you have been scamed by the company, they sound so FALSE!!!!

  Had to Put 1 Star but should be NONE I found this site on Trivago - I booked a flight and noticed an error. Upon calling I'm told the flight is no longer available. I can get another, but it will cost me. I also should be flexible but of course, even if it doesn't fit with my flight plans - I'm not reasonable. If I cancel - because it is now a standby - I get charged. If I change to what they want me to take - I get charged. But we are the unreasonable customers because "they" are doing their best and they have to charge for the change for a flight they posted that was not really available. Great business. Customers should not be upset for their practice - we must conform to their designated times and flights even if it doesn't fit your travel plans - ************ is truly a rip off.

  Booked a ticket with ************************** said credit card was not working. Used my other credit card. Both from same bank. Ended up finding out all withing 3 months someone kept trying to purchase tickets starting with one credit card then when we caught that. They used the other credit card we had. We had booked the ticket on the phone and the guy even asked for a tip and said he was poor in ***************. They gave us a airline ticket but stole our credit cards at the same time

  Purchased tickets, never charged my credit card, they called me left message saying they could not get the flights I wanted and wanted to charge me more. I tried calling the number they left in voicemail and the number on their website. Phone numbers were either not accepting calls or were bogus. Never talked to anyone after at least 10 calls.

  This company is a scam. They collect the credit card information and then tried to blackmail. Please be careful this company is located in ***** and they do not have legal business. MU *****

  I booked a flight using this company they took the money from my card, then called me and said that they didnt have seats on that flight anymore. I did not authorize the time changed they did. And are trying to make me pay more

  i was trying to book a flight with them but they never sent me a confirmation. they called me next day saying that the flight is no longer available and i need to pay extra to book another flight. i told them that im not interested on any of those flight, but they said i cant cancel my booking cause i didnt pay for cancellation protection which didnt make sense cause they never booked me a flight in the first place. they'll get you on cheap flight which never existed and force you to pay more, totally unacceptable practice. also, they will never answer your call, it keeps disconnecting.
