    On 11/12/2024 I placed an order from Alo Yoga that included a pair of sweatpants and a crew neck sweater. On 11/14/24 I received an email update that part of my order had been shipped, which was only the sweatpants. The sweatpants were shortly delivered with no issues. On 11/16/24 I received an email that the rest of my order (the crewneck sweater) had been shipped. Tracking # for this package is 1ZG2A2420321208504 which still states *** is awaiting the package from the seller. On 11/27/24 I emailed Alo support regarding my shipment and if there was any update. On 12/3/24 I received a reply regarding my order that Alo would be initiating a lost package investigation and gave me an option of a refund or replacement sent once it was concluded which I replied I would still like a replacement. On 12/15/24 I still had not received an update regarding my package or if the investigation had been concluded and emailed again asking for an update, which I did not receive a response to. On 1/7/2025 I emailed once again asking for an update which I then received a reply on 1/16/25 stating that I had made a return for the missing item which I did not request. I did not respond to the last email and attempted to speak to someone over the phone. Any attempt Ive made to call the customer service line, the call drops/hangs up when told I will be transferred to speak with someone and the option to live chat with an assistant states there are no assistances to help at that time. While looking through my bank statements I did receive a refund for $0.57 from Alo on 12/30/24 however I payed $89 + tax for the item in question.

    Bought something on *** website on 11/25/2024. Opened a return request an article of clothing from said order on 12/31/2024.That article of clothing was only able to be refunded by store credit.Return was received by 1/7/2025. No gift card or store credit was issued back to me. I have tried multiple times to contact them. I emailed on 1/13/2025, didn't receive a response until 1/20/2025, wrote back with order number on same day, and no one answered. Replied back to same email thread on 1/23/2025 and still no response as of 1/28/2025.I have tried emailing, calling, and chatting online and no one answers.

    I placed an order in November 2024. Order ********. I returned both items as an exchange for a different size. When I did the exchange, all items were in stock. They mailed back one item and not the other. They said it was out of stock, but they kept my money. They did not issue a refund or store credit. I have called at least 4-5 times. I have emailed numerous times. I have chatted online bots. No one has ever once gotten back to me. When you call, they leave you on hold for hours. No one answers. When you do the call back option, no one calls you back. No one returns emails. Its all chat bots. I filed a dispute with my credit card company, which is ongoing. The item is back in stock but has not been shipped to me.

    Placed 3 separated orders on 11/11/2024. This was my first time ordering from this brand. Ended up keeping a few different items from each order and returned the rest. The returns were received on 11/25/2024. 1 of the returns had leggings and a half zip. I was only issued a refund for the leggings but never received $103 for the half zip. It is now going on 2 months trying to get a refund. Spoke with supervisor ******** who told me to cancel my chargeback and I would be issued a refund. I called them every week for 3 weeks straight until I got to speak with **** who informed me that it can take up to ***************************************************************** until that happens. So I was basically told to wait 4.5 months for my refund. They robbed me and Im paying interest on this item for 2 months now. I decided to do the chargeback again since I realized I wasnt going to get anywhere with Alo. I am beyond upset and at this point thinking of seeking legal action against Alo. Now I want my refund first and THEN Ill cancel my chargeback. I do NOT TRUST Alo anymore. Theyre just looking to rob their customers. There are hundreds of posts everywhere about this fraud.

    Purchase date: 1/11/2025 Purchase Amount: $348.01 Purchased: 1 mens t-shirt ($68) & 1 mens jacket ($258)What happened:- On 1/12/2025 an email was sent that my t-shirt was shipped and my jacket would be sent separately. - On 1/21/2025 my t-shirt delivered. (We were pleased with the item)- After my t-shirt delivered, I investigated on **** website, track my order service to see the status of my jacket. It shows now that the jacket is out of stock and it is no longer being sent. I was not issued a refund or notified of this change. - 1/22/2024 I submitted an email through their website requesting help so that I can be refunded my $248 + taxes for the jacket. - 1/23/2025 I tried to live chat on **** website, but it was disabled. I called their customer service line. The 1st 2 attempts, the call was disconnected while attempting to connect with a customer service representative. The 3rd attempt I was placed on hold for 2 hours, at which I requested a call back when a customer service representative was available. It has now been 4 more hours with no call back. - through independent research, I have found that this is common practice from Alos customer service department. I want to ensure I get a refund for the price of the jacket that they did not send.

    Order ******** Return ******* I have ordered 2 items online, returned them as soon as i have received them because of the wrong size, confirmed received on their end dec 13th, delivered by ***. I have made several attempts to contact them for follow up with no success, there are always no available agent to pick up the phone/chat. emailing them was useless. found out my return was denied as i filed a separate claim with klarna (mode of payment). i need immediate refund

    On November ******* I order a from Alo Yoga as a Christmas gift for $186.46 and I received my order but after Christmas it was decided that she wanted to return the items and exchange the items for something else so on December ******* we started an exchange for a the other item and it cost more so they gave me two options for the return wait to pay the difference owed till they receive the return and then theyll mail out the new items if still in stock or pay the difference of $122.42 now and theyll send them out as soon as the return makes it in the mail so I payed that day and the exchanged items are still yet to arrive even after they received the return at there facility on January ******. Now they say they have issued a refund for the original $186.46 from the original order which as of this day I still have not received and even after sending proof that they have already charged me for the extra owed for the exchange they are denying it and wont issue me my refund for the $122.42 and are trying to keep it and even sent me an invoice today saying I owe them that again now even though the items are out of stock and now not only are they not gonna send me the money they took back they want me to pay it to them again giving them there product back and not even receiving the ones they never sent and all I want is to also be issued the refund for the extra $122.42 that I paid that theyre saying I didnt when you can clear see in the images from below if my bank statement that I have paid both times and you can see in the other images that they did receive and process the exchange after payment and then the email from today of them sending me an invoice after contacting them about getting my money back but instead are trying to get me to pay for something theyre not gonna send

    I am writing to formally request a refund for items that were not received in my recent order ********. Despite my attempts to resolve this issue through previous emails, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response or ************* I have not received the missing items and am unable to come to a resolution via email, I kindly ask for a full refund for the undelivered products.I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your assistance in processing my refund as soon as possible.

    I returned an item I purchased online on 12/4. The return was confirmed as received on January 7. I requested my refund in the form of a merch credit. I assumed it would be issued upon receipt of item. Website says 2-4 business days, so I gave it that and have since sent 3 emails to customer service requesting an update. I've also called their customer support line twice and was told 2 different timeframes to receive my refund. It has now been 7 days and I still have not received my credit, nor have I even received a reply from the emails I have sent to support. This is now theft on their part, as they have both the item returned to them and my payment.

    I have placed multiple orders with this company and not had them delievered or delievered incomplete. Their phone number hangs up when you call it. The emails give you a standard auto response that doesnt ever change. You cannot get an issue resolved. There is no way to contact someone. I now I have 1 order missing, I have 3 orders either never shipped or with missing items and I have no way to contact the company and actually reach a person for resolution.
