      On 12/10/22 I purchased $450 worth of product using a disposable Amex gift card for $200, and placed the balance on my Mastercard. I returned $200.39, 3 items via mail, as I do not live near a store. The refund was processed to the disposed gift card. I called customer service and asked that the return be processed to my Mastercard as I did not have Amex in my possession, as it was thrown away and closed out with a $0 balance. They declined stating they were unable to undo the error and offered a gift card, which is not what I wanted, nor their policy. They offered a $50 gift card "for my time" which was nearly 2 hours of hold time, and 4 customer service representatives and managers - *******, *******, *** and other. They would not give an email address to a high level manager in customer service or any contact information of district or regional managers.

      Placed a $750 order from Alo Yoga on 11/7. When the package arrived on 11/12, one of the items was missing. I instantly reached out to Alo via their chat and was told that the item would be shipped out ASAP and I would receive an email confirming. Waited 5 days and never received an email, so I reached out again to customer service, this time via email. **************** let me know that they no longer had the item they had earlier promised to ship ASAP and asked if I wanted a refund or store credit. I let them know I wanted a refund as I won't be shopping with them again. Still have yet to receive a response or the refund and have followed up on the matter again to no avail.

      I ordered 2 items of clothing on Alo Yoga's website on November 9th totaling, $134.00. I never received the items. I called their customer service 3 times about my order. Nothing has been resolved 3 weeks later. I want my money back and they won't give it to me.

      I purchased a coat & never received it. I've made several phone calls & emails trying to resolve it. I get the run around that someone will get back to me but they never do.

      On August 16, 2022, these slides were delivered to my home for $119.07, order #XXXXXXX. I only wore them a few times for a short period of time and I noticed the white Alo logo on the top of the left black slide disappeared. There was no evidence of anything damaging the slide that would cause this, it literally disappeared only on one slide. They look ridiculous with only one logo so I can't wear them. I emailed Alo support 6 times with no reply. 9/20/22, 9/26/22, 10/11/22, 10/21/22 (with pictures), 10/28/22, 10/30/22 asking for corp executives email addresses, 10/31/22 saying I'm contacting the BBB. Not one reply to any emails. I've spent thousands of dollars at this store. I said that I would take a store credit for their defective product. Now I'm past that and want a full refund back to my cc.

      Alo Moves advertised on email, their website and ********* that they are offering one month of free access to their website. There are no caveats or clauses included. I clicked the link provided to sign up. I had to enter my credit card information and the information on screen said my first charge would be June 1 after one month free. However, after I signed up, I was charged straight away for one month's fees for May even though I was never informed as such. It turns out previous members cannot sign up for the "free" month but this was not told to me before my card was charged. I was able to get a refund but when I made a comment on their ********* post advising users that it is not free for current or previous members, Alomoves deleted the comments. This shows that they are purposely trying to deceive users into signing up by removing facts.

      Bait and switch company - Do Not Buy! I purchased a $300 cashmere black hoodie from the Alo store in Newport Beach, CA on 3/25. I wore it twice. I washed it alone on the delicate cycle on 4/2 per the care instructions. When I pulled it out of the washer. There was a small hole on the upper right sleeve. I contacted customer service via email the same day. The "design team" had to review the hole (I sent pics) and they would let me know if I could exchange it. They finally came back and confirmed it was defective said mail the item back, but with no instructions (email attached). I emailed and explained yet again - I purchased it in a store and asked for mail instructions (like an address). I haven't heard anything back in over a week. I've sent multiple emails, no response. I had a $300 product for 8 days. I liked it so much the week I wore it, I bought the gray one online (and will be returning). I have other Alo products (yoga mats) and will never buy from them again. They are unethical, have low integrity and are an overall scam if you want to exchange due to their defect. They confirmed in an email that the item is defective and to return. Then silence. Stick with Lululemon and Vuori.

      Hello, I bought a pair of leggings called *******, Order #XXXXXX for $82.60 plus 7.75% tax. The back of the seam ripped. I sent an email to Alo Yoga Customer Service on 12/3/2021 and requested l replacement due to the product being defective. I got an email from ****** in Alo Customer Service on 12/4/2021 asking to send a picture of the product. She states that is not a reflection of their quality standards. I have sent 3 emails and have not received response. I am requesting a replacement.

      Bought an *** **** Warrior Mat for $100 less than one year ago. The mat I'm has a manufacturing defect and is not usable (see photo). Called AloYoga and, per their request, sent them photos. They said they would review the issue and let me know what they would do to remedy the situation. They sent a response the same day that said, "we do not offer refunds or store credits on our mats." This is completely unacceptable to me and a horrible business practice. I feel completely taken by AloYoga and ripped off. Please help me get a refund. Thank you

Our system will not allow us to issue refunds after certain period of time that has passed by, but we do offer store credit as we did in this case.
