            I recevied an item that wasn't what I thought it was or did what I thought it was supposed to do and this company has a clear 30 day money back policy, and while waiting to hear back from them about a return label I plugged it in to see how it worked and it goes off and on with working while charging my nephews iphone. So I then sent out another email stating that it does not work properly in the first place, I was finally sent an email saying that I have to ship it back over seas when it wasnt from over seas in the first place or I had another option of keeping that product and getting ********************************************************** money to send over seas they recommend I do the 25 percent money back option and sorry for the inconvenience.. I have tried over and over to get a hold of someone in charge and talk about what there policy clearly states and nothing still.

            Purchased two cords from this company on Feb 14th. By April 3rd both cords had become extremely damaged - the wires had badly twisted and were exposed near the phone charging end. (I have no idea how this even happens as *** never had a cord do this, let alone two cords!) I contacted customer support and they responded quickly saying they mustve been faulty and sent out two new cords. Less than 1.5 months after receiving my "replacement" cables, they were already showing signs of damage. While the cords didn't have the twisted/exposed wire issue, one cord was already showing internal damage because the light on it flickers and doesnt deliver consistent power.I couldve bought multiple Amazon cheapies for the price of one of these cords and those wouldve lasted longer too. Do not buy.
