Got duped. They sent an empty package. Cant reach anyone in the company. Company ghosting emails and doesnt reply to Chat. So embarrassing had to call bank and report fraud over the issue.

The products are great, no complaints there. I've never had to worry if any of the products are going to be dupes, or if the package will arrive. I've run into one huge issue with Tracy's Dog and it is that a bug (presumably) has prevented me from placing orders with them anymore. Before an order can be placed i get a notice that a random item in the cart cant be mailed to my address, despite having things delivered there before without issue. Though I wrote customer service 12/31, as of 01/05, I've still not heard back from them other than 1 automated response. Initially I was not very irritated and would have stood by this company had all they done was bother to contact me and either fix it or explain why they couldn't/what the issue was. I understand that it could take up to 3 days for a response, but it's been about a week. Lastly, I hate how their website runs. So many of the item listings get pulled and i never know if or when an item is coming back. There are several products that I had my eye on last year (Tifferific, the cats paw electro shock, Goldfinger g spot ********, ***** and **** ********, ******* licking ********, magical ****** ********, fairy g spot licking ********, d rabbit ********, traveler ********, it appears literally all of their non vibrating ******, to name just a few, were all removed and sometimes if you were lucky, relisted again eventually for breif periods.) Because I refuse to buy from ******* or Amazon, the only other retailers I can find who stock *****'sdog products, as they are guilty of sending counterfeit brand name items, but I literally can't create a purchase directly from *****'sdog. At this point, there's they only had one item left I was still interested in, as the pickings are SLIM as heck now and I can't even get that. I never would have even written a review if someone had at least attempted to contact me, but so much of my time got wasted having any form of faith in them, just waiting around for them to ignore me.
