    So basically when I was looking for a rental to move me and my family in I came across ****************************************. In the description there wasnt any where on there that the house had the garage converted into the living area. They also failed to mention that the add on in the summer time get extremely hot at 95 degree or more. Therefore I didnt have that option to move forward with the rental process or continue looking. Me and my family moved in. Summer comes along and it gets extremely hot in central ****. I have a medical condition the property management owner ******* was aware of. We were going back and forth that the house was super hot and couldnt function. ******* proceeded with telling me that I need to get a hotel. Why should I do that when Im paying rent so I can be in the comfort of my home. ******* did provide a portable a/c unit which it only kept the dinning table area cool and me and my family spent our summer there. Mind you the house has really big cactuses with huge thorns. I politely asked if they can be removed so my kids can have somewhere to play water sports. They declined!Those type of cactuses should be in the desert not a home where kids will be around it. Those cactuses always destroyed my kids ***** so I couldnt let my kids play out there because I was afraid they would seriously get hurt.******* called this home on worthwood a lemon house.Anyhow ******* asked us to move out the property for no reason Im thinking cause I kept complaining about the air conditioner. ******* didnt give me no financial assistance in return she actually charged me a bit over $5k after move out.

    The Manager was proactive in responding to tenant's request about the air conditioner. **** vendor came on multiple times and determined that the a/c system was working correctly. However the converted 1 car garage room faces west and has french glass doors so in the summer it had multiple factors complicating all solutions offered. Manager did provide a portable ac to assist. Manager offered to release residents from the lease contract early if they chose. The *** is exempt from AB 1482 and did not require relocation assistance, and just cause does not apply to this property. The landscaped ************ yards were designed with cactus in the flowerbeds with custom lighting. The owner did not approve to make changes to the yard. The house was shown to prospective renters with the ************* as existing. The renters did not request or negotiate the removal of the cactus to be done on condition of accepting the house. The final month of rent was not paid, and this charge was added to the move out charges against the tenant's security deposit.
