    This company is refusing to tell me the payoff amount or how to make the payment. In doing so I am accruing interest at a rate of 700%+. Each day that they refuse to take my payoff is a day I accrue unnecessary interest charges. I call and they tell me a different department is handling my loan. They transfer me and the phone stays on hold and eventually the call disconnects.

    I don't remember doing a $5,000 payment on a $750 loan with this business. Right Now Loans was already paid $750. They said that I was making 23 payments on the $750 loan. I was overcharged $227.62 twenty three times.

     Right Now Loans manipulated me and overbilled me.  As a result of this, I was faced with financial hardships after I was overbilled multiple times by this company.  This was an overbilling scheme.

    I was trying to close out this predatory loan and was given an amount on Thursday ***** of $1500.00. Was also about to make a payment the next day through automatic payment. When I called back on Friday after the payment came out of my account, I was told if I closed it out it would be $1005.83. I repeated the amount and within hours to make that arrangement, it went back to $1500.00. I cant reach a supervisor to have management to review the calls. I need this loan closed out and not be stolen from.

    This company charged me a 781% interest rate on a $500 loan. There is absolutely NO WAY this is ethical. Because they are run by and backed by tribal community and law they are taking advantage of those in need. I have offered a fair settlement amount and was treated horribly by their representative on the phone.

To that end, the Tribe maintains its own mechanisms and procedures for handling consumer complaints and otherwise ensuring compliance with applicable law.

    Right Now Loans does offer 3 different repayment options. If you go to our website under Frequently Asked Questions, "How much does my loan cost?" we provide our customers with a sample rate chart explaining to them on schedule under which how their payments may be made.

    We also advise our customers that if they want to minimize the total cost of their loan, they should take steps to either pay off loans in full as soon as possible or to pay as much as possible towards principal in addition to each minimum loan payment under their payment schedule in order to repay as quickly as possible and reduce the finance fees paid. Right Now Loans never charges early prepayment penalties.

    9.18.23 Loan papers were signed by me. A conference call with me, my bank, and a cs rep. I verified my bank account; they heard security answers that are recorded. I was given loan papers of approval. There is nowhere in the paperwork or on their website that states the paperwork is just preapproval. I was scammed out of my personal information and security questions with regards to my banking information.

    An individual who is pre-qualified means they meet a certain level of qualifications to move forward with the full underwriting process, which is necessary for any lender to complete before the extent of credit. Any loan company with whom you apply will ask for the same information to not only ensure account correctness, but customer identity as well. We need to know the account information so that in the event you are approved for the loan, we know we have the correct account into which the funds would be deposited. Our applications pass through a preliminary screening before they download into our database. If they pass this screening, they are considered pre-qualified.

    This does not mean that the application has been finalized, and we conduct verification to ensure customer identity and correct account information in the event that the application will, indeed, be completely approved.

    On August 30th I received my check stub from my place of employment it was &$200 less than what I was expecting. I was informed that right now loans took out money that they had NO BUSINESS taking. We had a $50 per pay period agreement. Not $200, Im not sure why they decided to take $200 but it put me in a bind financially. And Im and heated at them. They deserve to get lynched. And I hated them.

    Someone with the name of *********************************** is attempting to get a fast loan using my email address. How my email address has been affiliated with this company is unknown to me. And I am not looking for get a loan from this organization. I called them and told them the problem and they said they would remove my email address without an explanation of why and how my email got associated with this. I am unsure if I have been a victim of identity fraud at this time but regardless this business needs to be reviewed.
