    I took out a tribal loan: Right Now Loans I revoked my ach because after borrowing one amount , the fees and interest rate tripled my loan amount. They are threatening to garnish my money from my employer. I have requested them not to do. This is not legal in **********.     I just received this email from Right Now Loans. Claiming I signed a loan agreement on July 17, 2024. My wish if Right Now Loans and their subsidiaries to Ceast and Destist all contact as it is harassment. I could not have signed anything on July 17, 2024 as I was hospitalized after having a stroke!! I was temporarily blind in one eye, I still have mobility issues one year later. So, no. I was not signing loans from my hospital bed.

    I have tried to call several times and cannot get an answer. The website is completely shut down so I can't contact there or even look up my account info. On 01/09/25 I took a $350 loan out i can no longer afford the %777 intrest rate which is illegal in my state. I have paid this company $1204.97 which way surpasses the initial loan amount with intrest. I like to REVOKE the wage authorization I signed. They no longer have my permission to use this wage assignment or ACH authorization to debit my account . I would like them to cease any future payments from my account immediately. I am revoking the voluntary wage assignment . This is for account # ************. I would like them to consider the loan payed in full as well.

    I have tried many ways to contact Rightnow Loans and have not been able to get thru. I call no answer and I am tired. I went on the website and it is shutdown so I cant access my account. I recently learned of a wage garnishment from them on my paycheck and was not informed. Been trying to contact the company and still to this date, havent been able to.

    I've been trying to contact this company regarding my loan since early May. Their website is no longer working, the two numbers listed on their automated emails go straight to voicemail and no one has responded to my emails. They have been continuing to take money from my account weekly and sending me automated payment reminders but there has been no other contact, despite me reaching out several times.

    I took out a small loan with Right Now Loan in 2024. Since the loan I experienced loss of immediate household and loss of income in my employment. I reached out to Right Now Loan for some repayment plan options. Since then I have not been able to speak with an individual, they will only contact me by email. They are currently charging excessive interest above state law. I cannot log into my account anymore and I have yet to recieve resolution. They are now saying I owe them over $6000 and are seeking garnishment. They never sent me paperwork so I cannot even access the wage assignment they reference in their email.I, **** E ****, hereby revoke the wage assignment I signed on 06/19/2024. You no longer have my permission to use this wage assignment.

    Right Now Loans is an economic arm and instrumentality of the Elem Indian Colony of Pomo Indians (the Tribe),a federally recognized sovereign Indian nation that adheres to federal consumer finance laws and operates within the boundaries of the Tribal land.Right Now Loans is operating under the jurisdiction and laws of the Tribe. Its operations are required to comply with Tribal and Federal consumer protection laws, and not subject to the jurisdiction or laws of any state. The Tribe maintains its own mechanisms and procedures for handling consumer complaints and otherwise ensuring compliance with applicable law.

    We have reviewed the consumers complaint. While the consumers complaint states a desired resolution that we contact the consumer, our records already indicate prior unsuccessful attempts to communicate with the consumer. The consumers complaint is acknowledged as a revocation of the consumers ACH repayment and voluntary wage assignment authorization. It may take up to three (3) business days to process the consumers revocations. Right Now Loans will cease and desist from further attempts to communicate with the consumer.
