      I ordered an umbrella from Yescom and I am regretting it. I do not have a printer nor access to print a return label and, I dont have a way to take this heavy umbrella to a store to be returned and I shouldnt have to. I am simply asking for the seller or Amazon to *** mail me a return label and, the seller needs to have someone pick this very heavy umbrella up. I do not want or need it because it doesnt fit the existing umbrella base that I already had. Therefore, the seller should pick it up the same way that it was delivered. If the seller is willing to provide me with an umbrella base that fits this umbrella I will be willing to keep it. I am a disabled USMC veteran and this situation is causing me undue stress. In addition, I do not have anyone to help me. I look forward to your response in this matter. Thank you.

      I ordered a ticket booth on Amazon prime. It was very flimsy so we returned it. Yescom added $47,50 for the return label and 15% for restocking fees. For a total of $70 . Weve never paid those fees on Amazon before, I feel as though they send flimsy products that they know will be returned but still get their money by scamming consumers. Im so sick of being scammed out of money I work hard for.

WE ASKED OUR CREDIT CARD FOR REFUND & DISPUTED OPENED JULY 29. AUG 1-3 WE SENT ALL THE BOXES BACK. IF THEY WERE ETHICAL & HONEST WE WOULD HAVE RECIEVED OUR REFUND BACK AS IT IS OVER 2 WEEKS SINCE THEY RECIEVED PRODUCTS BACK.       This company's headquarters is about a 45 minute drive away in heavy traffic. They sell home goods through ******** website and allow for shipping, though it is not *********************** so it will not be delivered in two days but that is the issue (although it shouldn't have taken 65 days yo get something to me that is less than 40 miles from my address). The issue is selling goods through ****** and not conducting business like ******. The "AC" unit I was sold could cool a phone booth and was sent back within a week or so because it did NOT keep the small room (less than 150 sq ft) cool. Had this been ****** (which this company sells through-I ordered through ****** to have an ****** purchasing experience), the moment the AC was received at the *** store is when the refund would have been issued. As this isn't ******(even though it is being sold through ******** search engine as a way to get more eyes on the company), that was not the case. ****** advised me that once the AC had been received by the actual company that sold the item, I would receive my refund once they had the AC in their possession. It has been in this company's possession for SIX days and I have absolutely NO WAY of getting in touch with anyone to inquire about the refund. Not only should you NOT purchase an Air Conditioner from this company-I would advise staying clear of any company who has no means of communication with customers (aside from ******** virtual chat assistant-and this company does NOT conduct business like ****** and it's as if they are hoping that you think their products ARE coming from ****** so they can take the heat during their unethical business practices) in ADDITION to their subpar products. A waste of time and money and I suspect this business won't be in business for long.

      I purchased a vehicle stop block from this seller through Amazon in September, 2020. Over time the block started to disintegrate slowly, starting a month or so after purchase and slowly continuing until it broke apart. Virtually all products I buy on Amazon have at least a year warranty, and I have an additional credit card extension of another year for products, so other priorities in life too precedence over contacting this company for assistance. When I did, they told me there was only had a 90 day warranty on the product, which was not visible to me when I placed the order. Going back to the listing now, there is no warranty information listed anywhere on the webpage, including in the specific warranty area that amazon provides for sellers to input. When I requested their written warranty, they did not send it. In any case, they are not providing warranty information on their listing. Standard warranties are a year, so anything less than that needs definietely to be made available for buyers to see.

      I ordered ********* umbrella with LED lights and stand base for umbrella based on their product information on May 29, and they were delivered in 1-2 weeks. But, LED lights didn't work from the beginning, and the umbrella stand was broken in half yesterday due to stand base was not heavy enough as they described. Water hole was too small, and there is no other small hole for the air, so I put water for 3 days and night with my water hose to make it full, but due to air pressure it couldn't be full. And when it collapsed, it hits wall light and broken it. So I tried to chat on line and ground line, but they disconnect after I had been waiting for 28 mins. There is no way to return, or keep the broken Umbrella because it is huge size. I'd like to their refund with apology. Thanks!
