I asked repeatedly for a Rma no and form which is to be obtained from the company. I emailed many times requesting these items, I called and waited over 30 minutes waiting for a rep. to come on line..never happened. I left messages for a callback. I filled out a product request form..I received no emails, no calls, nothing. I'm unable to return the product..it was the wrong size and never used. Why are these businesses allowed to keep screwing customers.. I will alert all of my friends.

Customer service is terrible. They don't even deserve a 1.
Dealt with them twice now and gave them benefit of the doubt a year ago due to covid.
Don't buy from them. If you get a defective product they give you the run around forever. Try to avoid your calls and emails. Say you passed *** max return date. No I did not. Had proof of my calls that weren't answered.
Tried to tell me thelr supplier said nothing was wrong with my item. Asked me to send new pictures because the ones received through phone message they asked me to do weren't good enough to see.
No promised follow up. It took weeks and many hrs of my time and then they told me they would send a new item. After almost a week I heard nothing back. I called again. Did they ship a new item? Oh we are sorry it won't be available until second week of June. I ordered this item extra early in case there would be delays. I ordered march 8. Received the 15th. That was later than stated but not getting upset about a bit of delay during pandemic. I made the first call on April 7th. We are now May 13th. Still wasn't resolved and if I would not have called once again I would not have known they now no longer have the item in stock.
I notified Walmart of my experience. If they do something with it I don't know.
