    Company sells trash products and will not help when you point out their issue. They lied about the hardware, claimed I sent them pictures of things that weren't theirs until I made them pull another product off the shelf. Their response? I was right about the hardware, but they still won't help because "no one else has complained."The person running the customer service email is unable to read complete sentences and simply ignores anything you send that points out their lies.

    Got headlights from them, led strip failing and coating peeling off.. no response, no help.. disappointed

    This place sells very low-quality products. I bought some tables that besides being overpriced were of very poor quality. As soon as I realized that the tables had the hardware piercing through the top surface, I contacted the suggested person listed above as part of the return instructions, which clearly says: "please contact us if you if you do not have original packing or need to waive restocking fees"***************** same address and phone number at three hundred twenty nine ******************* Blvd. Of course, they never picked up any of my phone calls nor return at all, so I decided to contact them through the amazon chat! And they replied that I contacted them too late!!! the chat kept going back and forth with a rep since late August. Then, absurdly he replied that they aren't able to help me, and that Amazon prohibits communication outside of Amazon system??? So, why do they have instructions suggesting calling them in first place???? All of this is to buy time and to legally tell you "I'm sorry this refund is out the refund lapse period" They also will send a label that of course is as expensive as the items you are trying to return, and basically you will still be liable for restocking fees???Please BBB Representatives help us stop ********* or LLC from scamming people with bad services and low quality products!

    Awesome customer service had an issue and they fixed it right away, sadly i was informed that after 60 days or so of use there wouldn't be any warranty. think thats the only downside so i hope this replacement last longer than the 37 days but so far so good. thanks guys

    I purchased a set of trail lights from AJP Distributors through Amazon. One of the lights was broken inside of an undamaged box. I let them know 5 days after purchase. Nearly 3 months later, after multiple in writing conversations through the Amazon app they said my warranty period was expired and they would do nothing. Amazon won't do anything because it was a direct purchase, and my reviews there don't meet community guidelunes because I was criticizing them for not honoring a warranty. Buyer Beware.
