    worst experience I've ever had with a online fish shipping company. I had ordered in January four guppies. Two arrived alive over a month later. Was given store credit and placed another order 4-4-25 after one month 5-6-25 i started emailing and texting every other day to no answer a week later I called they said they were waiting for a super common fish(khuli loach) to arrive and would ship out in a week. Two weeks later (2 months from initial order 6-6-25) I started emailing and texting again with no answer for another week at which point I texted them I would start a fraud investigation with my credit card company if I didn't hear back by friday. The next day they said shipping now . Fish came in alive and well. The fish look ok at this company but the horrendous customer service that doesn't answer calls ,emails or text,

    Beautiful, healthy pair of fancy guppies. Outstanding packing and communication. had bought ******* in the past. Another great experience from this seller. Don't understand the negative reviews

    I have made a few orders from this company and everytime it's always something! It always takes at least a month to get your order after no response and rude employees. This last order I made took a month to get here, after several lies and broken promises. They just canceled half my order without even letting me know and they only refunded me half the cost of the fish! I didn't even get my money back! They stole half my money and won't respond! I've emailed, called and no response! This company is a scam and will take your money! The fish won't even live longer than a week either, all mine have died, won't ever do business with them again!

    I ordered 10 guppies fish from them recently and had very bad experience. I placed the order on June 14th 2024. Did not receive any update on the order for weeks. When I followed up, they said it will be shipped soon. On July 11th I received the package after waiting for almost a month.When I opened the package I received a shipment for 10 female guppies. My order was for 9 male fishes and one female. They sent me the wrong fish. I emailed them back but no response yet. Would not recommend this store to anyone.

    I have ordered from this place a few times with no problems, however, this time i ordered over $100 worth of product and they have given me ZERO update in 3 weeks! I have sent txt, sent ******** msgs and emails. I cannot get a response at all but was charged the $ immediately. Will absolutely never purchase from this company again!

    I bought from them before, but th8s 2nd time, has been a nightmare, I've been waiting 2 weeks for update, or refund, no response ., it's c*** that we can't *** these companies who take our money, all $423.00 of it.., I trusted them, because I've ordered before, how r they even allowed to still have a website up, plus be active on all social medias, this acct should be down, n not active

    Ordered fish that were in stock on 10/4/23....called today on 10/18/23 to find out when my fish were going to ship...was told there are out of stock and waiting for them to come in...so basically they held my money for 2 weeks and waited for me to call and find out they didnt even have them...asked for refund and got it and then hung up on for my trouble....what a punk a** b****

    I ordered a few times from this company. The fish I received were mostly emaciated. Out of about 20 fish 2 are alive. Two were DOA. I followed their instructions and submitted pics of the unopened bags. After two months they responded with "Oh my God, poor little fishies......" told to send pics again. How many times am I supposed to do this?People save your money. The fish only look good in their site pics. I am not new to this hobby and I could not save any of these fish.

    I order 6 Oranda goldfish ranging in types of goldfish (panda tri-color, etc.) of the original 6, a panda female I ordered was so sick I had to pick out a new fish online. 3/6 fish arrived sick with swim bladder disease so bad they could barely swim. 2/6 fish that were sick have died in the first month and the last one is still hanging on with a good diet and meds. I would NEVER recommend purchasing goldfish or any fish from this place ONLINE. If you HAVE to buy from this place specifically, please dont, but if you have to make sure you go in person so you can physically see the fish before dropping a bag and waiting a month like I did. ********* on me and the company.

    Ordered 3 fish. 2 were dead on arrival. **************** is terrible!! He yelled at ME and ACCUSED me of killing fish that were delivered. Refuses to refund my money. Put a CREDIT on my account. IF I PAY shipping AGAIN, I will get fish. NO refund allowed. They shipped fish with HEAT PACK. It was 74 degrees when fish arrived. Who does this??
