  Where do I even begin with this place. The fake prices that they have put up in the front. The ** they be telling their customers. All that and more. This place charges fees that they are not supposed to be charging but they do it anyway because they have no one to stop them. They charge daily prices instead of 24 hours price. They do not follow any California laws when it comes to towing. If you get your car towed and impounded by them make sure that they are charging the 24 hours that they are supposed charge not a full day. If your car got towed on Tuesday and you go to pick it up on Wednesday that should be only 1 day of storage not 2. They always overprice everything especially when it comes to cars that were involved in accidents. They make sure that the price is doubled if the car was involved in an accident. They will say that it was a 2 hour job which is a lie it only takes them max 45 mins to pick up an accident. If you dont ask for a detailed pricing they will charge you and go on with their day. They try to convince you with fake rules which do not apply to them or any other company. Dont get me started on the owner. If you try to argue that the price is wrong or that anything is missing he will get in your face and try to fight you. He doesnt care about getting in trouble or anything because he will just pay off someone to get him free from where ever he is. He disrespects all his employees and tells at them like dogs. He doesnt know how to treat anyone correctly. He treats his employees like they are slave to him. He gets in his employees faces if they try to talk back and threatens them that they will be fired if they do 1 tiny mess up. There is much more about this place.   Our company vehicle was in an accident. CHP ended up towing the vehicle utilizing Tony's Auto Center. When we attempted to have the vehicle released the same morning (on a Saturday), an unprofessional and rude towing agent would not release the vehicle in spite of the fact that we provided him the vehicle's title and proof of ownership showing I was the President of the company. He advised me I would need to wait until Monday to resolve the matter. Meanwhile, we accured storage fees per day, in excess of $80 per day. The total amount of the invoice to release the vehicle was nearly $2,000. Unlike other customers who may be disrespectful when trying to obtain their vehicle out of impound, I was very polite and attempted to come to an amicable resolution. I was willing to pay all the fees on my first attempt to have the vehicle released. I feel the process was delayed so that I would accumulate additonal storage fees. I also question the fees to actually tow the vehicle. The fees seemed very excessive. It's disappointing that *** would utilize ****** towing service.

  Scammer won't let u take pictures or get belonging. Even if they did it was only 15 minutes. I don't want to leave anything in my car that I'm for sure I will never see again. I hope that lady at ******** gets fired.

  They stole personal belongings out of my car and charged me almost 1200 to tow my car less than 5 miles . This was a police Impound but that is crazy that they can charge so much when it is supposed to be governed . And for them to steal my personal belongings . And I would never recommend this business to anyone they are crooks and thieves

  Bunch of SCAMMERS! I wish there was a negative star option, so I would choose negative infinity. This place is terrible. I had to have my lawyer call them so they would give me access to my car to get some personal paperwork. How does that make any sense?You also have to make an appointment because they say "There is no one there on weekends to assist" if you need something out of the car or want to get it you have to pay $120, which they add on top to whatever fee you have to pay and that is not stated anywhere which doesn't make sense when their sign says open 24/7 for all services and when calling in you can hear other people talking in the background. How was this place in business for so long?These people have no amount of sympathy in them or common sense. They just don't care about people. They are just a front for some really shady tactics."Family owned & operated since ****" yeah right more like "Scamming everyone since ****"They only care about money. I hope no one is unfortunate enough to have to deal with these people. If you do have to, be ready to use legal action if you have to, or they will keep getting away with these things.This business needs to be punished by the BBB, through legal action, or shut down altogether for the way they handle business they are not deserving of their business license or ability to operate.All of the workers there also deserve to be punished separately and with severe consequences with swift and immediate karma with the same treatment or worse, especially the person who works the front window. Report these people immediately if you can!

  the Manager at this place does not care about the ********** legislative law vehicle ************* 11 RULES OF THE **** SECTIONS ***** - ***** They charged excess fees of storage yet the law states if picked up within 24 hours you are to only be changed for one day yet they charged me 2 days. Manager said "I will see you Court" over and over instead of actually caring about the against the law fees they are charging. *** also states that if they charge essive fees that they are civilly liable to the vehicle owner for four times the amount charged which again was told "see you in court".
