  This is a terribly ran business. I am an owner at one of the property they managed. The community is super basic, a few dog parks, a tennis and basket court that is not maintained, people walk their dogs in there too. There are no grass around my townhouse, the little patch is is there is dead or taken over by weed, they do not do anything but cut it every other week. I have submitted maintenance request, & had to resubmit the same request 4 times, because the first time a lady responded with quesition, then i responded to her question and then she dispeared, no one would respond anymore. I had to keep resubmitting to include pictures of the damage the pinecone dropping caused to my car, leaving saps all over, and broke my windshield. My third submission, 3 years later, someone responded, asking me to send pictures and videos but by this time i nolonger have picture of the broken windshild. The lady communicated for a while and then mark it complete then when i contact her to say it was not complete, no action was taken for my request, she told me because she thought it complete and closed my ticket, i have to start from the beginning-this dragged on for four years so i just gave up. Maybe this is their tactics. She email me this using the same email thread with all history of communication since I opened the ticket. So, you either never get a respond, or a respond that request for more information and that would be it, no more respond or action from them. Getting someone on the phone is just as difficult. Even for things that is important as wasted disposal service. Recently the city of ********* decided they will nolonger provide waste collection service for our community. I called HOA 3x so far, leaving voicemails - crickets - no return phone call yet!! It is so frustrating because we all work so hard for our money and paid dues on time always!! yet service does not match up. I wish i can give them negative stars.

  Agents identified as working for Brickrow Management cut down beautiful tree as part of brush management. Additionally, they destroyed my backyard swimming pool with grass and refused to returm my repeated calls yo discuss.Im paying and yet there is no discussion or accountability to provide the Management Plan that articulates how to manage the area.

  Awful customer service. Receptionist has answered phone with a mouth full of food. I emailed about a Maintenance request and its been over a month with no call back and no action.******* has not returned any calls in spite of numerous messages.This property management company only takes homeowners money and care very little for the property and tenants.

  I have lived in my condo 17 years, the association is contracted to maintain the appearance of the complex which is nonexistent. The Stucco very poor condition with the metal showing already, carports have holes, pavement very poor. The big issue here is that if we fix the problem then we are responsible for the whole building. This is affecting the value of our condo. When you email you get no response, when you call they never call you back. At this point I am in the process of taking them to court. This company should not be in business.
