    Okay where to start I live in ****************************** town home for 24 years . We've been dealing with alot of issues with are *** . Which nothing never get resolved. We've been deal with cats issues they been pooping ?? in area that belong to the *** it's so hard to explain. I've called the *** people to complain about and email them nothing has been done . They dont answer phone calls ir *********'s smells really bad that we can't even open my dining windows cause it smell we have all this flys it's bad a gross.

    ********************* ***************************************, AIA *********************************************************** ***************************** Brickrow Property Management Company ************************************************* Re: Balcony Repair at ******************************* Dear ******************, I am writing to follow up on our previous communication dated December 29, 2023, regarding concerns raised about misrepresented contractor credentials provided by Brickrow Property Management for the repair of our balcony and the additional costs incurred by us, which were largely avoidable.In our previous letter, we highlighted discrepancies regarding the credentials, particularly the license requirements, of the contractor provided by Brickrow Management. After additional investigation, including discussions with ***************************** and a data search, it has come to our attention that the license number provided and associated with **************** is for waterproofing, not construction and repair of balconies. The information provided did not accurately reflect the necessary qualifications for the contractor involved in our project.Furthermore, neither the contractor nor Brickrow Management mentioned the requirement for a permit for the work being undertaken. As property managers, failure to inform homeowners and the board, in coordination with the contractor, of this requirement constitutes a significant lack of oversight in management.Qualified licensed contractors are aware of the life-safety and construction requirements for the sensitive nature of balconies and the permits required to perform work per (CVMC 15.06.100, CVMC 15.06.080, and CVMC 15.06.100).We kindly request immediate action to rectify the misrepresented information, address the failure to inform regarding the permit requirement, and establish strategies for compliance.Additionally, we expect proactive measures to be implemented to ensure that similar oversights do not occur in the future.

    I live on a property they manage, our complex is starting to look in a deplorable manner. There is no maintenance performed on the property at all. Over a month ago, I requested a maintenance order to mitigate Termite Pest and they never gave a call back or took action into resolving the problem. I had to go many times into their office and tried to speak to someone and it seems like they keep trying to avoid solving issues to anyone. If you try to call them, they will send you to a voicemail that does not get responded.

    Over a month ago , I sent a complaint to our HOA management company. Explaining the situation, and attached a photo as well. I have called several times in the past month , living voice mail as well , and no response. The problem is the landing in our outside stairs ( to get to our unit ) is broken, it has a hole , and anyone can fall into it. My little niece almost fall inside the hole. Very dangerous situation, and up to this day, they havent contact me. I dont know what to do. Thanks.
