"Service Advisor REMOVEDconducted a service without our approval, even when we asked him REMOVEDtimes that we only needed an oil change, he charged us for $1100, we spoke to manager REMOVEDand he never followed up with us in regards the complain, I called multiple times to get a response and I was finally able to get in touch with him after almost a month after, but there wasnt any solution the manager was rude, racist, unprofessional and he insulted my mom (who was the one taking the car to service) saying she was disable to take her own decisions. "My boyfriend was looking for a car so we went to multiple dealerships and we talk to the salesman and the sales manager, but all the salesman was very pushy and so we decided to go mossy Nissan Chula Vista we met a salesman.
