    Multitaskr is a fraud and stole hundreds of thousands of dollars from my family, and millions of dollars from dozens of other families. Looking forward to seeing the owner *** ******* and others associated with this company go to prison for a long time.

    This is a fraudulent company. Like the other 1* reviews, story is same. They work with their affiliated loan companies, where you take out loans and funds are deposited directly to Multitaskr before anything is done. It's been 1 year since I started and nothing has been done. ******

    FRAUDS -- MULTITASKR They took my money September 2023 ,.. was slated to build my units -A MINTH AGO -My money-- I gave thrm upfront to hold my price so inflation won't push me over the edge while waiting on permits (all of which I've paid ) Now .... ready to build ? I've picked finishes , notices had been sent to neighbors ~~~Company is gone - and all involved are being sued . However , now people saying they have started ************* / names .

    I hired Multitaskr to work on my ADU on March 2023. I financed my project through Mosaic and other finance companies. Unfortunately, I did not realize that they released 100% of the funds from the very beginning and as of now, Sept 2024, they have yet to begin construction and are no longer responding to any phone calls. Lawyers are now involved and it appears that over 40 customers are in the same boat. Please stay away from them.

    I signed contract December 2022 and was told if I paid in full I would get 5% discount and head of the line for build, paid for last permit September 2023, had many promises and excuses was told start date January 2024 but nothing in July was sent a new contract with a build schedule on it I went to their office and signed but nothing from them, they have now closed the office up and owner is filing for bankruptcy. Multitaskr is just a giant Ponzi scam.

    Esta empresa Multitaskr es una empresa que no cumple con lo acordado, te ayuda a gestionar prestamos con diversas instituciones bancarias para efectuar diversas mejoras en tu propiedad, una vez aprobados los prestamos son directamente depositados a la empresa multitaskr con lo cual ellos se encargarian de hacer pagos diferidos hasta la conclusion del proyecto. sin embargo no han cumplido con estos pagos a los bancos prestamistas y actualmente estoy recibiendo llamadas de que estoy atrasado en mis pagos y me esta afectando en mi puntaje crediticio y el proyecto no ha iniciado. A todo esto le he llamado a la empresa y he intentado hablar con ellos dejandoles recados pero no contestan mis llamadas. Todo parece indicar que es una empresa fraudulenta que a lo que se dedica es a robar a personas que de buena fe les confian un proyecto. ****** cuidado con esta empresa constructora MULTITASKR.

    Frauds, liars, thieves all of them David B******, Jose F****** and the rest of them. We approached them to build our ADU and they got us approved for the loan and now we can't find them, and THEY have our money!!

    If I could give a lower rating I would. I have wasted more than a year on our solar battery project with them. Told me they submitted plans only to find out they didn't. Impossible to reach people by phone or email. When I did and told them I was going to move to another contractor they brought in a new person to persuade me that despite issue they had things under control now and could be done in a month. That person is now ghosting me as well. Stay away!!! They will waste your time.

    Multitaskr is a company solely based on fraudulent activity along with the loan companies they work with. They get you approved for your home improvement loans promising deferred payments until completion of project, but you never receive your loans directly, they are instead handed directly to Multitaskr which in turn once they receive 100% of your funds, stopped returning our calls, and never started our home improvement project. They lie to you steal your money, it's the whole company, all of the employees partake in the scheme. Do not do business with Multitaskr or any of their affiliates.
