    Removal team never arrived. I contacted customer service an hour after the arrival time but Loadup insisted all the company could do is try to send them on another day or charge me a 50% cancellation fee for the movers who never showed up.

    The driver asked to pick up at 7 am and threatened to cancel due to me being irate. They kept texting for me to proceed with the order and threatened 50 percent charge. I had to block them. They only contact you when you try and cancel. The drivers name was ************** would go to 1800 got junk

    Be great if when you have a complain about goloadup.com trash removal you would go there to make the complaint instead of here about loadup.com. Pretty good reason why BBB is trash.
