            Don't use him. He changed the type of the door (from 2 panel shaker to flush) in the middle of the quote while I requested to change a dimension. I didn't think that I have to check everything in the quote again in addition to the dimensions. Gone was my $3K and wasted several months of my time. Now I have mismatching doors in the house that I need to redo everything again. Also, in the middle of the process, some doors were delivered broken and have to wait again. And I caught several of his mistakes when ordering locks. If you want to spend time proof reading the quotes over and over again, here's your place. I hated all door that I ordered from him. Looks cheap and poor quality, and I have to change them again.

            The review given by this client is untrue. I NEVER gave this client incorrect material. All quotes & orders were properly ordered per her requests & All the Flush doors in the house that were ordered do match. Regarding the Broken Door. A Bifold door unit which was boxed was broken & not noticed until the customer received & opened the Box. A new replacement was ordered & the defective unit was replaced.

            The original quote was all shaker 2 panel doors (which matched the interior pocket doors that I already purchased) and I spotted some dimensions needed to be corrected. Provided the correct dimensions and didn't notice that the door type was changed to Flush Doors. Yes, I "agreed" to proceed because I thought I only had to checked the dimensions. Didn't know that I have to go through everything again.

            I did not provide the shaker doors to Nico that she has in her pocket doors. I Only originally quoted them for her. I don't recall when the change was made as the order was placed in July. This is after sending revised quotes to her. However, I did send Nico the order that was now being placed in July showing all the doors being ordered were all flush doors which was okayed by Nico in a message she sent back to me authorizing the last file sent to her. I have offered to replace six shaker doors for her & splitting the remake cost from the manufacturer but she refuses to do so. She only wants me to pay for the replacements in full. I make it my business to show customers photos of what is being provided to them so there are no issues with what they are receiving.
