This place is a scam. IF YOU RECEIVE A CALL FROM THEM SAYING THAT YOU'VE ORDERED IN THE PAST, ODDS ARE YOU HAVEN'T. I was new to my position when I received a call from this company saying that the chemicals in our toner changed. I asked my partner at the time and she said to order it because we were running low. So I did. Then received a bill for $598 for toner. I being **** thought that's how much we normally paid so we bit the bullet. Then two months later, we received another order that was not approved by anyone in our office. It said that we had ordered 2 toner cartridges for a total of more than $1,200. We only received one cartridge. So I called and they said that once I made the first order, it scheduled us for more. They also said that there was an issue with the shipment so they could only send one but they are now cancelling that. They said we could return it and the invoice would be closed. Note part where they said WE COULD RETURN IT WITH SHIPPING COMING OUT OF OUR POCKET. FOR SOMETHING WE WERE NOT TOLD ABOUT. As it stands right now, we will not be sending this back unless we are given a return label. I should have known that this was a scam as they don't even have a website.
