            I am Using there service as **** line under a plane 23.00$ monthly with payment options of Annually payment my payment was made in last December 2021 And over the years i find that i am not using the line as expected then I decided to lower the plane when i called the company been told that i can't switch plans till the next billing cycle means next December and when i asked why as I paid in advance for the service I didn't use yet i been told that as i got 20% discount on annual plane i told them ok Remove the discount and charge me normal price for what I use and apply the balance to the lower plans they refused and told me that is there policy, i am not sure they can force me to continue with a plan not use and even after i offer fair way to charge what I use at regular price as they have same plane i have month to month service with 20% xtra price so i think that is not fair as well not according to consumer protection Thank you

            I Can not believe I am forced to give them even this one star, i can assure you that there are no stars at this company, black holes perhaps but no stars. I am not sure how I ended up enrolling with this traveling clown college, but I would rather jerk off with a handful of bumblebees before I did business with them again. This level of ineptitude has to be considered an art, as no one outside of that den of idiots could possibly recreate it as a business model. I mourn for the **** pools that obviously went stagnant prior to the birth of this conglomerate of idiots.

            We are sorry to hear about your complaint. However as we stated to you in our conversations, we were more than happy to help address your business concerns but when you berate and cuss out our representatives we had no further choice but to end the calls. Per your request we cancelled your account and at no time were you ever charged any monies.
