    I purchased a 2023 Kia **** from Kia *********************** Two months ago I was in an accident and my car was totaled. I paid for an extended auto warranty, so I called to get a refund for the difference of what I was owed for the auto warranty. I was told I was owed $944 and that a check would be sent to me in 30 days at the latest. Here I am, still being bounced back between Kia ********************** and Santander Consumer. I drove all the way down to Kia ********************** when I was told my check was there, only to be told they couldn't release it to me. Then to be told after the fact they COULD have released it to me. Now I am being told the check was sent to ********* (who had nothing to do with this money I was owed) and the check was signed for and cashed. ********* is saying they don't have the check, and maybe *** sent it to the wrong place. At this point, I don't care who is at fault **** or Santander) I just want the money I am owed. I am a Kidney transplant patient on dialysis and I need the money for rent, food, etc as again I lost my vehicle in a total loss accident. Every day now, I call only to be bounced back and forth between both companies pointing fingers at the other, and no one actually resolving this issue. I want my money now, at this point I am tired of playing games. I will be taking both companies to court over the lies, deception, and now holding my money hostage. I will make sure everyone I know stays away from both Kia ********************** and *********************** WORST companies to do business with.

    **************** is NOT AT ALL a concern for this dealership! From the receptionist, who lacks the etiquette for professionalism, to the Service team who cares very little to "service" a client correctly. Dealership up their cost/fees just because they are a dealership, I believe as a client we pay enough in order for them to get the job done and correctly for that matter! I've taken my car in twice for the same issue, paid each time. Customer concerns are left out of work orders in order to ensure no liability falls on the dealership at the time the customer makes a complaint. Service managers could care less to look into an issue, simply because again, they make sure to leave certain things out of their work orders. I've been with *** for the last 8 years, have dealt with multiple issues along the way but want my car services and a proper record kept of it, this is why I've continued going there. But after seeing that their trick is to modify work orders to keep their "service rating" UP, I'd rather go give small shops my money and ensure that I maintain the proper record of services. At least then I get what I pay for. Do yourself a favor... DON'T GIVE *** YOUR MONEY! At the end of the day, they got what they wanted from you, your money from a car purchase. Unless you have the warranty or extended warranty with them, you are not their concern!! Do yourself another favor... report them, write a review, stop letting them become wealthy off of us. There are better places out there who can actually service you and care to do it the right way!!
