The diagnostic amount is $299.95, is it not waived if I approve the labor for the serpentine belt? The truck has been in your possession for three months. Due to several reasons given from your end. Which has cost me additional rental car fees while awaiting your diagnostic report.2. The $1,261.82 per invoice and your explanation for the repair do not even repair the vehicle to an operating status. It just says the replacement of the serpentine belt A belt can break, not sure how it would die.3. Your email then says additional repairs are not under warranty. Was this work done already or not? As your invoice indicates it was done. *** never declined repairs but merely asked for the determination of the process to repair the vehicle.******** emailed an estimate to do further repairs without explanation of said repairs and or estimate breakdown in the amount of $3,348.93. Im doing my best to be patient but the explanation was never provided as to what the repairs for $3,348.93 were. Nor if the $1,185.94 was included or a separate bill.I would at the very least expect to know exactly what youre stating the $3,348.93 is for, in a parts and labor breakdown concurrent with state requirements.I delivered the vehicle to you 3 months ago to be serviced for repairs. Now that your service text is back from vacation you are ready to do the work needed.I have 3 questions:1. Replacing the serpentine belt will allow the vehicle to do what?2. Will the diagnostic fee be waived if repairs are done by your service dept?3. Can you provide a material and labor estimate for recommended repairs for the $3,348.93?4. What does the pre-certified warranty through Ram cover? Please review and advise
