    Such scam artists. They will tell you one out the door price over the phone and then when you are there they will not honor it and increased it by $1,500.Such a waste of time. ***** had no remorse either that I drove 2 hours to get there and she scammed me.

    On 9/7/24 I had a service appointment for an oil change. I waited until the *** came out to help me, must be there new Star ?? employee because he stated that my car engine doesnt sound good and I should get a diagnostic first before they change my oil. I told him that Im not having any problems with my vehicle besides the fact my change oil sensor is on. He stated if they change the oil then something happens then they are responsible, then said Im going to go talk to the mechanic in the back, he was gone for 3 minutes and came back and said yeah they agreed with me so if Im not going to do the diagnostic first that I also would have to be financially responsible for then they have to refuse service. Not only did he refuse my service but nobody even came out the back to confirm this or address my first issue, for all I know (******)could have been standing behind the wall counting backwards Ive been getting service here for at-least 5yrs and was absolutely blown away how I was treated because I quote I heard your car from my desk if youve been to this Chevrolet then you know there are desks where the ***s seat at the door right where you pull your vehicle up to, of course you heard my vehicle its at the doorI took my Camaro to another shop got an oil change and had it checked out my vehicle is fine no issues thankfully other than being inconvenienced by there employee of the week?? probably because Im a woman and was by myself. There services have declined tremendously and now they are trying to get over on people I Do Not recommend WIN Carson Chevrolet, also dont have your to A/C on when you arrive it might cause suspicions to have a diagnostic check before addressing the issues you were scheduled for.

    I've had the worst 1st new car (2017 Impala)/1st new Truck (2021 Silverado ****** miles) experience with this Win/Carson Chevrolet dealership and @************* that a person can encounter. it's been a month and almost 2 weeks that they've had my truck for transmission reviews/repairs. My service agent has been consistently passive aggressive helper, speaks over you and puts her work load over the customers needs (seems VERY overwhelmed). I've waited 5 days after requesting a manger to speak to (via to Call me) . She "Mocked" my concerns to speak to a manger asking me repeatedly why do you need to speak to him.....while I clearly communicating the extented time period of this repair being the problem etc. ************** had me fill out the "Lemon Law" form that was denied being my SECOND brand new car with a Transmission issues/problem (Both with warranty). **************** still exists and the escalation process should not be this difficult with a service agent that treats you as a number and not paying customer attention (I have All my call logs and subjects to back this review). I own my own business and I could not imagine treating anyone this inhumane with an inferior PRODUCT that happened 3 times in a row. I want a NEW TRUCK and not a Used transmission that they are offering that was fought for denied then later through ************** found out was approved by a service agent. Until further notice I recommend to NOT BUY from this dealership and ************** at ALL!!! The way I was handled in this 6 week process is LUDACRIS and ALARMING. ************** I've emailed now also to appeal the process of being denied and they let me know that was all they could do it's another department.Chevrolet Carson and ************** you have to do better from this point due to the EXPECTATIONS OF THIS COMPANY AS A LEADER IN VEHICLES.

    Simply they refused to sell me the Silverado at the advertised price without buying the 4900 in aftermarket dealer installed options.. the old baiting move..

    Carson Chevrolet advertised a used vehicle on Cargurus for $25,998. At the same time the dealer has it on their website for $35,187. I called to see if it was still available and was first asked where I saw it. I informed them it was on Cargurus and the internet sales rep said oh so $35,187 and I said no $25,998. She said, we will honor that price. Then sent me a deal sheet that included $4,996 in "accessories". Creeps.

    This dealership keeps changing parts on my vehicle and never fixing the problem its a airbag problem so its serious they dont test drive it before giving me the car back and lights turns on just 30 min after i pick it up. Dropped it off 5 times now I been waiting 6 months to get my car fixed and they do not have the part to replace bad service

    The service advisor of Carson Chevrolet is intentionally prolonging the time of servicing customers vehicles in order to overcharge and create humongous labor fees in order for them and the mechanics to prosper.
