    On 5/9/2025 we purchased a 2020 GMC Yukon XL. We were told there was an appearance protection add on and we asked to remove it because we did not want it. With the manager, finance, and sales *** in the room we were told we could not take it off as it was "installed" on the vehicle. They charged us $4688 for 7 years or coverage. To our surprise when we read through the contract to find that nothing was installed on the vehicle and the contract states, "THE PURCHASE OF THE NOMAD APPEARANCE PROTECTION PRODUCT IS OPTIONAL AND WILL NOT BE A FACTOR IN THE PURCHASE/LEASE PROCESS OR THE CREDIT APPROVAL PROCESS"We contacted the administrator of the plan on 5/16 who told us we should be able to cancel within 30 days and walked through the steps until they got into the details and discovered our contract said non-cacnelable. So we were told a lie to sign a non-cacnelable document that was completely optional. For the last two weeks I have been emailing and calling the dealership to cancel and have received one response that they would discuss with the manager and call me back. I have not heard back and left numerous messages and emails since with no response. Furthermore, upon looking into the details of the window sticker advertisement this add on was advertised for 3 years and $1499, completely different then what we were sold.

    I purchased a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee for $64476.00 June 2024 at Chevrolet of Carson, when looking for a A vehicle, I asked for a vehicle with a warranty. February 2025 I started having car problems, I had the car towed to Chevrolet of Carson at ************** and they inform me that the car was not supposed to be there, I then had it towed to *****.E ****** Jeep **************** and was informed that the vehicle had a leak in the head gaskets, cylinder misfire, starter burnt out, coolant and coolant Low and needed head gasket work. The **** dealer contact my warranty to be Informed that Alley Warranty wouldn't be able to assist because the coverage is only electrical not mechanical. I contact Chevrolet of Carson and the vehicle was towed back to them, they looked at the vehicle and stated that it's the started and because I didn't have a warranty I need to pay half of the repairs $647.00 and I did, the vehicle was given back and the next day it wouldn't start. I contact Champion Jeep and took it there a Diagnostic was done and the work is $8900.00 to repair the vehicle or $2800.00 to put it back together and pick up the vehicle. I received a call 4/15/2025 @8am stating I have 3 days to inform them of what to do or they will put a Lein on the vehicle and myself. I'm asking for this vehicle that was sold under a false Informed warranty and Pre existing damages, that the company buy back this vehicle and pay me for the month of rentals $918.00 being without a vehicle I had to rent a vehicle.

    So first they lied about the price of the vehicle I purchased and it was deceiving. Then they added fees in the negotiating for accessories of almost $10,000.I did not know about. Once it was discovered, I asked about it and they lowered the price a little bit over under $2000 for dealer, add-on accessories , from what they initially were trying to ********** then they brought the final proposal and it had $6898 for the accessories. so when it came time to sign the papers and review the contract and I really did not know what I was looking at. Plus, so many other fees on there you assumed that they were going to do what they were supposed to do since they brought the proposal which Ihave the paper. I took a picture of it on my phoneso later after calling the dealership to ask questions to make sense of it it was determined they charge me $8509 for the accessories. They charge $1700 more than we agreed to and they snuck it in on the contract and it was an employee at the dealership who helped mediscover this and once it was discovered, he said he would look into it. And then he never called me back. I texted him. I emailed the owner of the dealership and I got no response then to make matters worse a few days later, I startedgetting calls from people saying they work with the dealership and that the bank returned my payment, which was false. I talk to my bank and payment processed. I did not give anybody my information to try to contact me.come to find I was a victim of identity fraud. I contacted my identity protection people, and they informed me that something the dealership did when they ran my credit for financing somehow open me up identity theft, and now I have getting calls nonstop in Texts from people trying to scam me.

    I financed a ***** cx-90 on 1/24/24, I refinanced the car through ***************************** on 1-28-25 which is within the 10 day ***** period There credit union sent the check on 1-28-25 via next day ***** and chevrolet of carson cashed it. On 1-31-25 i receive a message from *********** stating I have an auto loan through them, I have called as well as ******* ****** from ***************************** numerous times and have been told they would cancel *********** and until now they can't resolve the issue. I have 2 payments due in march. I called today again and was told that the main finance director would call me and he never did.

    On the night of October 18, 2024, I purchased a car from ***** of Carson. During the sale, I inquired about the $8,000 charge for accessories. The sales representative explained the charges, but despite my repeated objections, he insisted that the accessories were not optional.On Monday, October 21, 2024, after reviewing the contract, I emailed the manager but did not receive a response. I then visited the dealership and spoke with the finance department about the unwanted accessories. They reiterated that the items were not optional and refused to help me amend my contract.This is misleading, as my contract explicitly states that these accessories are optional and not a condition for financing the vehicle.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    I purchased a synthetic oil change and did not receive all required quarts of oil and I encountered a check engine light on the freeway at 3am. Called dealer and spoke with **** who shared thats why the technician no longer works there, did not offer anything as I payed full price and did not get full service. Corporate advised because the oil change was almost a year ago. I explained that the car is not driven everyday and usually sits which can be assessed based on service history. The car has low mileage. I would like a discount coupon for my next synthetic oil change as I paid extra for a synthetic oil change and did not receive all oil. Had to take to a shop (a Sunday) and it was determined the oil was short and car doesnt have an oil leak

    7/9/24. Chevrolet of Carson gave me a purchase price for a new vehicle 2024 trailblazer through one of their personal phones/message. I was forced to apply for a credit application before a final price could be discussed over the phone and so I did.The agreement price was $23,000 out the door price included tax, fees and documentation included.Rented a trailer, drove out 120miles to the dealer location. Upon arrival and waiting for hours business failed to commit to the agreed price. Failed promise.Was given the run around with 3 salesman and a night manager.The dealership refused to resolve the issue. They are posting false prices on 3rd party website to false lead customers in and trick them into paying a higher price then what was promised. The manufacturer window sticker had no safety theft package pricing that the dealer was trying to uncharged $3,800.000 above msrp. I was deceived and robbed of a promised vehicle and price that I should have recived.

    On 3/23/24 I tried to buy a car at Carson Chevrolet Dealer. I came in with a check made out to Chevrolet for $2500.00 for a down payment. I provided income, legit paycheck stubs, and bank statements. There was a promotion to Pre- approved *********** card holders. I'm a *********** card holder. Chevrolet is sponsoring false advertisement promotions. I have a decent credit score. I was offered one vehicle to choose from. I was not given the option to choose between two cars. I was forced to choose and or take the vehicle that I did not choose and or did not want. I was told immediately by the finance department that my money, time, and effort is not welcomed. There are so many cars to choose from on their lot. When I told the salesmen and finance that I needed a bigger roomy car I was ignored. I told the salesmen several times that I need an SUV for strollers and walkers due to my title as a nurse. Once again I was told that they were unable to help me.

    I have been dealing with this dealership for the past 3 months. I recently traded in my leased 2021 Chevrolet Silverado for a 2024 Silverado and negotiated with the salesman to have some side steps installed onto the new truck and to have a scratch that was on the passenger door fixed. My monthly payment went up to reflect the price of the sidesteps divided over the 36 months. I tried getting a hold of the salesman after a month of not hearing from them and could not get the salesman to answer my calls, reply to my texts or voice messages. I have called and talk to several people and departments trying to get a hold of the general manager and they refuse to allow me to speak with him. He is either never in or on lunch and never returns my phone calls either. I am not sure if they aren't giving him my messages or if he refuses to make things right. It has now been over 3 months and still no sidesteps, I was finally able to get a phone call and a few texts back from the salesman named *********************** telling me he was going to get on it and even sent me some pictures of side steps to pick the one i wanted, i told him which ones and then another month and a half went by of him not answering or returning my phone calls.I tried to get hold of the general manager for over a week and the operator ******* and *** would tell me he was either on lunch or not in that day and he would call me back. After a week of this I finally got a call back from someone named ***** ( have no idea who he is doesn't give me his title, just says he will help) I explained to him that I no longer want the sidesteps and want my money back and want the scratch fixed. He said that he would contact the finance department to get the money reimbursed and fast forward a week later all of the sudden the sidesteps are in, but i no longer have a need for them and no one is contacting me about returning my money. I just want to be reimbursed for the product that i never received and the scratch repaired.

    I called Carson Chevrolet on 2/10 about a Chevrolet Trax they had listed on their site for sale (VIN *****************). I spoke to ***** he said yes the car was showing in stock and would check the lot to verify. he called me back said car was there I advised I woudl be at the dealership within 90 min. He calls me about 30 min later tells me that the car was sold but he can get another one to the dealership within 3-4 hrs. I go in person to the dealership we haggled over price as they were trying to charge me 5k of add on After making it clear I was not paying those fees they said I could go home and would call me when the car comes in. I called ***** later Sat evening and he advised he could not do the swap as the car needed an inspection before leaving their lot. We scheduled the pickup for Monday 2/12, I called him Monday he said "he was working on it" after several phone calls and texts he basically ghosted me has not updated me on when or if they can get the car this is after running a hard inquiry on my credit so this will damage my score if I try to go to another dealer and get another car. I would like this corrected somehow as this dealership is not honest and trustworthy.
